Located in the heart of Seagrove, Becca Breeze is a beautifully decorated 5 bedroom home central to restaurants and shopping. This 2,400 sq ft home easily sleeps 12 people.
The first floor has a large open living space and kitchen. There is a king bedroom and a full bath on the first floor as well. The king master on the second floor has a private bath with a large jetted tub. The second floor also has a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a queen bed room. The 3rd floor tower has the fifth bed room with a twin trundle bed and a half bath. The 3rd floor also has the “Tiki Bar” area with a wet bar and a large open deck with Gulf views that is perfect for enjoying beach sunsets.
The community pool is just steps away from the back door and is shared with only a few houses making it feel almost private. Becca Breeze is situated between 2 beach accesses, one you drive up to and drop off everything and the other a quick 5 minute walk or bike ride.
We will rent to ages 21 and up. Renters under the age of 25 will have to have a security deposit
