Custom built Dream Home on the Lake. This is a stunning 2,058 square foot house on a perfectly landscaped lot that has all the best aspects of being on the lake. You will be amazed at the open space and the beautiful furnishings.
The house it self has an open plan. The main living area is large and furnished with a leather sectional couch, flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans and cathedral style floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back deck and lake. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area and has a 6 seated island bar and a dining table with seating for 6. The master suite has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, seperate entrance to back deck and a large on suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, celing fan along with a large closet and desk. The third bedroom has two twin trundle beds, ceiling fan along with a large closet and TV. There is a second bathroom with a large soaking tub. This house also has a huge fully furnished unfinished basement. There is a convertible sofa and TV in the basement along with a second refrigerator. There is also additional mattresses and a raised queen size Airbed air mattress. The back deck is enormous. One side has a gas grill and a patio dining table and chairs. The other side (appropriately named " The Lido Deck") has four large lounge chairs that are situated perfectly overlooking the lake. Enjoy sunbathing on the Lido Deck while sipping your favorite cocktail. It doesn't get any better than this!!
The Lakefront is a 1 minute walk down the path outside the back yard fence. The pathway is driveable and has a launching boat ramp right next to the private dock . There is a public beach a short walk from the house that also has a picnic area. There is a beautiful public golf course (Rocky Branch) 2 miles from house. Tennis courts are also available at the recreation center in nearby Lincolnton..
The house is about a 45 minute drive from the Augusta National and 30 minutes from shopping and dining in Evans, GA.
In home meals are available upon request. Owner will arrange meals to be prepared by Dream Dinners. Visit the Dream Dinners website to view the monthly menus.
