This home is very well designed to accommodate your vacation needs. It is decorated with the most up to date, high end furnishings. Well stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. We gathered our children and grandchildren for an early Christmas. The master bedroom is spacious and private. Another bedroom was perfect for our adult son and his toddler in a twin trundle bed which I guess can't really be categorized in the description but they are very comfy. The third bedroom with a queen bed and crib was just right for our son and daughter-in-law and their 1-year old. We hosted a very nice dinner party in the cozy hearth dining room and the little ones had a perfect play area next to the couch in the living room. We all wished we could have enjoyed Reeds Lake but the view was delightful and hopefully we can return again in the summer to get our feet wet and catch some fish. Thank you Jenny and Kurt for being so flexible with our ever changing schedule and requests!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 3 stayed here for the month of August. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home is situated on Reeds Lake which has a little bit for everyone. Access to the private beach is only a couple houses down and perfect for children with warm shallow waters and even a swing set. Gaslight village is nestled along side the lake, offering dinning, boutiques, and even an nice yoga studio. There are abundant trails, parks, and pathways to keep an active family busy. The city of Grand Rapids is very close and has many museums, restaurants, theatre, etc. The home itself is well equipped with everything you need from beach towels to a new viking cooking range. The owners went out of their way to put a helpful binder together with local restaurant and entertainment information. Everything was labeled and the home was very clean and very cozy. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The location is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing - it's wonderful to be on the water. The neighbors and even those passing by were friendly and welcoming The home is designed and furnished for comfort and is very clean The entertainment 'TV' provided access to my favorite 'go to' Internet sites Netflix and Pandora. And the 3 D feature is as my niece put it 'radical!' And I really appreciated that you were willing to negotiate your terms to fit my vacation schedule.
