We were in town for the Thelma and Louise 1/2 marathon and the condo was a great place for us to relax before and after the race. Very comfortable and very clean. Super patio for breakfast and dinner, lovely to sit out there and look at the red rocks. Used the grill and oven and microwave and all worked well. Great surprise to learn the rodeo was in town and right next door so we could walk over. Very fun. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Moab. Generally well stocked (nice toiletries!) though no corkscrew or napkins or cling wrap but to be fair we didn't bother owner about these while we were there since it really was trifles and we were too busy running around (no pun intended). Would definitely return here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Becky's condo was the perfect home base for our yearly mountain bike getaway to Moab. Beautiful exterior, landscaping and views of the huge rock faces. The huge garage was great for the pre trip tuning and the brand new washer & dryer was nice at the end of the day. Interior was very modern and comfortable from the open living and kitchen space to the walk out master. My friends were definitely excited when they arrived at this fantastic find. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable home. I loved the beautiful counter tops, sparkling clean dishwasher, and huge fridge. The pet ordinances in the whole neighborhood are very strict so there was never a dog barking. We would never have known the neighbors were there if we hadn't seen them entering their garage one day. The pool is right across the street and there was a great supply of pool towels in the master bedroom closet. Due to my food allergies we were able to eat every meal during our stay in this home thanks to a well stocked kitchen. We visited Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and Deadhorse State Park. We loved staying here and hope to visit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Had a great time here with our family (two adults, two girls) during our stay in Moab. The unit is spacious, well appointed and stocked for all your cooking needs. We had absolutely no issues with the townhouse and love that it's a little bit outside of town. The Hidden Valley Trail is only 1.5 miles from the townhouse, so it's quite convenient for an early morning hike/run. It was a little too windy in the spring for the pool/hot tub, but we loved having the unit as our basecamp for five days.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We loved this condo/townhouse. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Actually it looks better than in the photos. I highly recommend it. I would advise the renters who arrive after dark, to pay close attention to the road, the KOA sign is not very visible at night.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Fantastic place to stay! Clean, comfortable, affordable. The wrap around porch is a neat touch, and so is the master shower. First time experiencing a shower like that. The garage was more than enough room for us to have all of our bikes and riding equipment stored, so we didn't have to put them inside. So thankful the hot tub was directly across the street, making for a short walk after full days of mountain biking all over. And Becky is super friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to record the Texas A&M vs LSU football game for us, before we checked in, so that we could ride all day and still not miss the game. Very nice condo with great decor and landscaping outside. All the rugs and linens are very soft. Very well equiped kitchen. LOVED the master shower and the patio outside. Great open floor plan for a getaway with the family. Both rooms very spacious. Next time in Moab we would definitely rent again. The condo was beautiful! It was way better than any hotel. Everything was very well cleaned and easy to locate. BBQ and 2 car garage was a huge plus. Bed was comfortable and the SHOWER was AMAZING!!! Becky was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had a lovely time in Moab and this condo made for the nearly perfect base 'camp'. Considering the price, this condo represented excellent value, especially considering how well laid out it was and the excellent amenities/furnishings. We especially appreciated the wrap-around patios and the cut concrete floors--so comfortable and cool in the heat of July. Others have mentioned the noise as being an issue but we found this not to be an issue at all. After 9.00pm there is almost no traffic on the highway and, in any case, the traffic noise is slight. (Although we live in a city and are maybe not accustomed to 'silent nights'.) Very nice, clean, and new townhome, convenient location and everything provided down to the beach towels for the across-the-street pool and hot-tub. Pefect alternative for our large famiy instead of getting two separate hotel rooms somewhere. Recommended property. Very comfortable, well maintained, and clean property. Anything you could think of for convenience was already there. The pool and hot tub nearby were also great after long days of hiking. Would love to return to this site on my next visit. The owner was very nice and accommodating to work with. Unlike some places I've stayed on vacation, I actually got a great night's sleep here. The unit has a great layout. Plenty of room in the kitchen & living area, two well appointed bedrooms and two baths make this a good family rental. Having bunk beds in one of the room was nice. Only 5 miles south of town with a small pool & hot tub just across the street. The only drawback might be the traffic noise in the morning.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you very much for your stay. I have planted some large grasses and bushes to help with the noise. Hopefully they will be fully grown soon and help muffle the noise. Thanks again! Becky

We enjoyed the condo so much. The first time to Moab in 28 years and we did not camp as a family! Pool and hot tub were fantastic; proximity to hikes and biking great;towels and linens luxurious! Very nice alternative to a tent flappin' in the wind...Great to have coffee and tea for the morning and the grill is wonderful as well. The truck saw its first experience ever in a garage... very nice. Only one thing we would change... can the highway be muffled in any way :) !!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Good attention to details. All the little things were provided including Detergent, extra towels, coffee for the first morning. Ipod player and blu-ray DVD were very nice. Great patio with sweet views. This was a very family friendly place to stay and relax after playing. The kitchen is outfitted very well and even has a professional waffle maker. One night we took advantage of the grill outside. The garage is very handy to store your toys. The layout is very nice. One couple took the master bedroom with the other family taking the spare room which had a queen and a bunkbed for the kids. It is also very handy to have a washer and dryer there. We liked that the house was a little out of town. Thank you to Becky for making this rental quick and easy while we were on the road! This home is beautiful, comfortable and has wonderful views in two directions from the courtyard! We enjoyed dinner in the courtyard. The home is a quiet get-away after busy days sightseeing, but it is still a quick ride into town to restaurants and shopping.
