Capitola Village is a wonderful place to visit! However, if you're looking for a little more peace and quiet from the bustling town, our beautiful 2000 sq. ft beach house is located on the river path just a sweet 2 minute stroll away!
This family home has 3 spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms complete with a 6 ft. tub! Parking is extremely difficult and hard to come by in this popular town but lucky for you, we have off street parking for 5 cars!
The kitchen has been recently remodeled with a dining area for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials! Enjoy a cup of coffee or barbecue with the family on one of the two decks overlooking the beautiful and private backyard. There is an outdoor shower with warm water which makes cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze!
Capitola Beach is literally just a two minute stroll away which is filled with the wonderful and popular shops, boutiques and restaurants. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Wharf which also has great restaurants and fun entertainment for all ages too.

FUN, FUN, FUN,...IN THE SUN VERY CLEAN & HAS,EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME. ROSE WAS SO HELFUL, & KIND. ALL QUESTIONS WERE CHEERFULLY ANSWERED. I WISH ALL MANAGERS WERE AS PROFESSIONAL. THE HOME WAS NICELY FURNISHED & THE FIREPLACE WAS ROMANTIC & PEACEFULL. EVERYTHING WORKED. (PLUSE TWO HUDGE TVS, ONE DOWNSTAIRS, ONE UPSTAIRS.) THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPT,.... BUT I CONVINCED MY HUSBAND TO EAT OUT. (I'M ON VACATION TOO..RIGHT!). THE "LOCALS" (BIRDS OF MANY KINDS) JOINED US EARLY IN THE MORNING, & EVERY EVENING AT THE RIVER RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR. WE COULD SEE THE LIGHT SHOW AT SHADOWBROOK RESTAURANT ACROSS THE RIVER IN THE EVENINGS. (YUMMY FOOD) AHHH, THE LIGHTS BELOW WITH THE STARS ABOVE PROVIDED THE PERFECT SETTING. SO MUCH TO DO, & SEE, BUT WE ALWAYS GOT BACK TO THE HOUSE ON THE RIVER FOR A PERFECT END OF EACH DAY. A NICE GLASS OF WINE, MY HUSBAND CLOSE-BY, & MY SON & DAUGHTER-IN-LAW FEEDING THE LOCALS ON A LOAF OF BREAD WE GOT JUST FOR THEM. THATS THE "PERFECT HOUSE RENTAL" WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT, SO WE ARE HAPPY TO SPREAD THE WORD!!! ALSO OUR DEPOSIT WAS PROMTLY REFUNDED, NEVER A PROUBLEM WE WILL BE BACK RALPH/MARY/FRANK/RONDARecommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This house was unbeleivable. Comfortable, clean, and in a pefect spot. You can walk anywhere and has plenty of parking. The two decks and yard were great places to relax. Great place for family and kids. Easy and quick walk to beach, bars, and restaurants. The owners and property manager were all very nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We've stayed at this home numerous times. It is very spacious, clean and close to the beach. Plenty of parking is also a big plus. House is very comfortable and feels like home. Enjoy hanging out on the deck and the yard located on the river. Short walk to the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this home and plan to return again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The description of this home was fantastic. The property was clean and very well maintained. It is walking distance to everything that you need. Plenty of room for family.
