There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos.

We rented the "back" house, and it was a perfect fit for a family of six. Very clean, and the owners are pleasant and accommodating. New kitchen counters made the place modern. I would suggest renting the "front" house, in addition, for a private group retreat. We had the whole place to ourselves for most of the trip, then another large group moved into the smaller front house for the last day. No problem, for the beach is large enough, but may impose on others wanting the beach to themselves. Highly enjoyed, and I think you will like it. The ramp is very handy, but best used at high water level. A++ rating from us! Book it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
