This cheerful and spacious unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is just a five-minute walk from Main Street and the heart of Snowshoe Mountain Resort, and is surrounded by miles of skiing, hiking and biking trails.
Why the Owner Chose Snowshoe: We picked this resort and this particular property for a number of reasons. We live close to D.C., so Snowshoe Resort is conveniently located--we can be there in less than 4hours. We were there in the winter of 2007, invited by a co-worker, for a long weekend. It was a typical West Virginia day--the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and the Mountains were covered and smothered in glorious white powder – and we thought: Wouldn't it be nice to have a place here. The rest is history!
Quiet three bedroom, two bath, non-smoking/non-pet condo with balcony overlooking mountains as far as the eye can see. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed with access to the main bath, which has a tub and shower. The third bedroom has a full sized bed under a twin bunk. The living room couch does pull out. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dinnerware and most common small appliances, assortment of cookware, baking, and serving dishes, and basic pantry items.
Our condo is Wi-Fi. We have board games, and often times shared books and magazines for your reading pleasure.
We are a short walk from The Village, where you can enjoy the small town ambiance of shops, coffee bar, restaurants, and dining and drinks.
There are recreational activities for all seasons and for all interests. The scenery is incredible for walking and hiking! Revel in the beauty of the Cheat and Back Allegheny Mountains.

I have stayed at Summit before and was always pleased with the value for money and location. This place However is a LOT BETTER than the others we have stayed at. the Bathroom has been updated to include a jacuzzi bath which was great afeter a day in the snow. Also its been decorated and up dated with a lovely sleigh bed bedroom set which is so much nicer than the furniture in the picture. the mattress on the king bed was one of those temperpedic types which was just sooooo comfortable.. there was also a full and sigle bunk bed which was great for the kids ...none opf this was shown on the photos.. you guys should update your pictures! The cupbds were even stocked with basic food stuffs to help us cook and every type of cooking tool and machine was there.. VERY PLEASENT SUPRISE WILL DEFINATELY COME BACK AGAIN THANK YOURecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Had a wonderful time -- as advertised, "Refreshing Cool Mountain Air." Condo was comfortable (a bit warm the day we arrived, but cooled off quickly.) Deer everywhere. Easy walk or shuttle ride from condo to Snowshoe shops, restaurants. Wonderful facilities; ski lift ride to beautiful lake with paddle boats, canoes, play area, etc. Condo facilities basic but adequate and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms brand new/recently refurbished. Still some signs of work to be done (peeling wallpaper, door frames that need repair/replacement. Cable TV of variable quality (satellite would help); Stereo system doesn't work at all. Owner and property manager were responsive. Would definitely stay here again; comfortable place to enjoy resort attractions, especially for longer stay.Owner response: Apologies about the unfinished look :( We were there the week before you were due, and our handyman had assured me that it would be finished and readied for you. I have taken note of the other issues and I promise 100% that they will be dealt with in the next few days. I am happy that overall you had a lovely and relaxing time.

Still the same amazing view. I can see alot of improvements from when I stayed here last year and the bedrooms are looking so pretty. Thank you for a Wonderfully relaxing place. Without doubt this is the best available Family/young adult location for Summer and Winter activities in the Mid-Atlantic area.
With access to so many areas of population attracting people to stay here. Rental prices are very reasonable and most peoples budget.
