  This is the second time vacationing in this house - We love it. It has everything you need and is very clean. We always find something to do in this area -and - it is nice to come home to a comfy place - I am sure will return.

  This place is fabulous!! It's like being in an enchanted forest yet it's so close to the sea. As soon as you walk in you feel right at home. All the rooms are fully equipped. Televisions in every room with cable and includes Wi Fi. It has a lovely back porch (screen porch). This beautiful beach home is very clean and cozily that once you are there, you never want to leave it! I know that this is my second home away from home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  I would definitely recommend this property. Very roomy, all of the modern appliances you would need, clean, in an excellent location, minutes away from west ocean city and a little further to downtown ocean city. Just an all around good experience

  You have a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The prompt attention that you took to the matters we emailed you about was fantastic. There were still a few ants after we set out the ant traps, but the traps were a much better alternative than spraying. Thank you for waiting until we departed to spray. The dryer situation was not a problem as we just washed and dried when we knew we would be there for an extended period of time. Thank you again for sharing your property with us!

The issue with the ants is not uncommon to property such as this one, which are vacant for a number of days. We had ant traps but they were dispossed of by mistake. We have addressed all the issues you brought to our attention and we appreciate you making us aware of them. We always want our guess to feel at home and enjoy their stay and address issues in a timely manner. We hope you decide to come back again next year or sooner.

  I got to tell you that we had a wonderful experience. The house was so cozy, the size is perfect and there is peace there. We take yearly vacations but never stayed in a house. My wife and kids were really happy to have a house to sleep in. We felt like at home. The house has/had all the amenities we needed. Thank you so much for your everything. We will come back soon and of course next year so we can enjoy Assateague beach and Ocean City. BTW, thank you for letting us use the club pool.

The location was great, just 10 minutes to the Ocean City Beach reasonable prices.   Owner response: Yes, the property has so many opportunities for enjoyment fo all. As you said, it is closed to the beach and other facilites in the area. Such as the casino around the corner, shopping and restaurants. But most of all, is well located for our guess to enjoy some private moments with the family or that special someone.
