  The staff at the hotel are wonderful. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained. The room was very nice and just as described. The view was overlooking the mountains and the entrance to the lobby. The discounted rate and fees paid made this room extremely appealing. We never really sit on the balcony so it was perfect for us. It was a little noisy on Wednesday night because of the valet parking for the show, but again the price was so good I would not really complain.When we go back to Kauai we will stay there again.

  This was our first time on Kauai but it won't be our last. This resort was great, nice pool, friendly staff, free shuttle to airport and mall. Beach was very nice, could walk to Lyngate Park and Kapa'a. Owners were super, easy to book and no problems on arrival. Recommend highly for price and location. Thank you so much, hope to book again next year!

  I had a wonderful stay at the Kauai Beach Resort! My room was comfortable and clean. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to many attractions yet I felt that I had plenty of privacy. I would definitely recommend this property!

  The customer service for this resort was great. They were organized and courteous the entire time we were there. Our first night there was a tsunami warning and we were evacuated. The staff was pleasant and organized with thier directions. My husband and I truly enjoyed the entire week.

  My wife and I, along with our 2 young children, were very impressed with this unit and the entire Kauai Beach Resort. The room was very clean and well appointed. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Dealing with Keith was very easy and straight forward. Don't pay the resorts rates when you can save a bundle booking through the owner. The Resort was fabulous and it's staff was extremely accommodating. It is very close to the airport, easy to find, and a very central point for exploring all that Kauai has to offer.

  My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this unit for 3 nights and 3 days. Keith was very quick to respond to my inquiries and even provided driving directions from the hotel. The unit has everything you need and the location is a short trip from the airport and everything on our to do list (canyon, kayaking, coffee farm etc..). The property is very clean and well maintained the many pools allow you to enjoy a dip without feeling crowded. The staff was very nice and an onsite activities coordinator can help direct you on what to do and see. Thank you for providing a great home away from home :)

  My 3-night stay at the Kauai Beach Resort was simply perfect!! I initially had some technical difficulties when trying to make the payment for the rental and Keith, the owner, was exceptionally responsive when I reached out to him for assistance. I was thorougly impressed by the level of customer service that he displayed so when I finally made my payment, I was very confident that the rental would be just as described in the listing and it was!! The rental was very clean and spacious, and the listing's photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. Additionally, its location was accurately described in the listing. It was just what I needed!! Whenever I am fortunate enough to return to the beautiful island of Kauai, I will be sure to check with Keith to see if his rental is available and I will also be sure to recommend the property to others. Thanks for everything Keith! As for restaurants, be sure to go to Duke's at the Kalapaki Beach to experience their coconut shrimp and the hula pie, one of the most amazing desserts ever created by man! :-) Also drive to the Poipu Beach area and go to Puka Dogs so that you can taste the most delicious hot dogs ever!! They offer both Polish Sausages as well as veggie hot dogs, and the hot dogs are so unlike the conventional hot dogs that we eat on the mainland. Also drive to Kapaa so that you can experience the smoked barbecue at Chicken in a Barrel!! It was some of the best barbecue I've ever had, and I consider myself to be a barbecue connoisseur!! If you enjoy coconut and mojitos, go to the Beach House and savor the coconut mojito. As for activities, if you enjoy adventure, go ziplining and also do the 4-hour ATV tour at Kipu Ranch and request Troy and Ryan as your guides because they made the tour both fun and safe!! The Waimea Canyon bike tour is also loads of fun and the canyon is utterly breathtaking! Mahalo!
