  The cabin was amazing. It was perfect for accommodating our Youth Leadership Training Weekend. When you enter the 1st floor you are blown away by the interior design of essentially is a cozy amphitheater. The next level has plenty of beds to sleep 15 people. Then the top floor is gorgeous, comfortable and warm. You can see the forest and Lake Arrowhead. The forest is right beneath the house and it is within walking distance. For the price it is one of the best deals in the area, it is a steal, this place is amazing!

  This beautiful home is owned by a very wonderful family. The owner was a pleasure to work with and her flexibility was a true blessing to our group. This was our first vacation home rental and she made the process very smooth and enjoyable. The home itself has great views, is clean, very large and most importantly is a home. From the personal touches of the remodeling scrapbook to the fresh bedding and abundant blankets our stay couldnt have been better. The pictures of the home on this listing dont capture the true character and beauty of the home. We cant recommend a stay at this home enough. From the minute we walked into the lower level entry we were blown away. The only area of concern is the driveway. There are two driveways, both are accessible but be sure you have a capable driver especially if snow or ice is on the ground. The rear driveway is the easier to navigate of the two but we would recommend a confident driver. Book this home and you will not be dissapointed. We are looking forward to a return trip to this home.

  This cabin is simply gorgeous. I have rented a few cabins in the Lake Arrowhead/Lake Gregory area and this one by far has been my favorite (hence the reason I've been to this one three times in a row). The house is rather large, has great views from the kitchen/living room of both the Lake and the National Forest, and has the ability to sleep TONS of people. A really nice feature of the house is also the game room, perferct for kids and adults with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV. If we aren't enjoying the amazing views from the upstairs, out and about in town, or exploring the National Forest you can bet we will be having a blast in the game room. Overall I really suggest this house, the homeowners are awesome, the cabin is amazing, the prices are extremely reasonable (especially considering the fact that it can sleep 15+/- in the house), the neighborhood is quiet, and the views are to die for. I think that about sums up everything you could ever need in a get away rental cabin. Eric

  The landlords were flexible, understanding and generous of my situation in scheduling a women's retreat at their cabin and were more than willing to accomodate my needs. They were quick to respond through e-mail and phone call. Besides that, the cabin was perfect for a group of 20-30 with enough beds and fold out beds for everyone. In addition, there was a game room (with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, tv, fireplace) and just enough bathrooms (with a bit of traffic in and out) to accomodate my group. The view from the cabin is beautiful too with mountains, trees, the lake and more! A perfect view to look out to and wake up to! I would HIGHLY recommend others to consider this cabin!

  This lovely house is situated on the edge of the San Gabriela National Forest and is beautiful. With views of Lake Arrowhead from the balconies, hiking trails starting just outside the front door, fun activities in the Game Room (pool, foosball, darts, ping pong, etc.) and lots of room to spread out in, this is a great vacation get away. You do need to have some stamina as there are a lot of stairs but it is so worth it! Great for large family gatherings, the Village and Lake are only a short drive away with shopping and dining available. Select this property for your next vacation and you'll have the time of you life.

  This cabin is my absolutely favorite get away spot. Quiet, peaceful with views that inspire rest and relaxation. Whether reading a book, taking a nap, journaling or just spending time with family, this is the place. I love to cook in the newly remodeled kitchen looking out at the lake. I love pensive time in front of the fireplace or breakfasting on the wrap around porch. I love the wonderful community and the shops in downtown. Can't get enough of this cabin!

  This is amazing cabin retreat with all you need! The views off the deck are gorgeous of the quiet mountian and lake. This is a GREAT size cabin and can accomodate a large family or a couple families very comfortably. Updated, clean and comfortable beds. My kids love the bunk beds! Lots of cozy space like a loft to find a quiet area or a large great room to gather by the fireplace. BBQ out on the deck. Large game room for entertainment to play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed the hiking trails at the end of the street. We have rented many cabins over the years and this is by far the best!

  This home is the BEST place ever for a memorable family gathering! The owners have created the perfect vacation spot with the most comfortable accommodations. The house is beautiful, the views awesome!!! The bedrooms sleep 15+ all with privacy and great beds. The game/movie/family room is so much fun you won't want to leave. It's spotless and the owners were completely responsive making sure our stay was exactly whatwe were looking for. I can't speak highly enough about this home.

Arrival/Departure: Rental Dates: Arrival Date ________ (after 3:00pm). Departure Date _________(2:00pm) 2. Lost Key: You will receive 1 cabin key. There is a $25 fee for lost key. 3. A $375 reservation/security deposit is due upon reservations; total rent will be due one month before arrival. A cancellation fee of $375.00 will be charged on all cancellations within four weeks of the date of rental. NO cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of God or anything beyond our control. The $375 Security deposit does not apply to the rental price. It will be returned within two weeks after the departure date less any amount deducted for damage/cleaning. 4. Rental Price is $375 per day up to 3 days, $350 for 4th night and each additional day after that. 5. Maid Service: Is included in the cabin rental, although the cabin is still expected to be in good condition. All dishes must be washed or an additional cleaning fee of $25 will be added. All garbage must be taken with you. A trash compactor is available. 6. Amenities: Bring your own towels. Bed linens are provided. Appliances available: coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and microwave. Available in the cabin is toilet paper, Kleenex and one roll of paper towels. All other supplies are the renters’ responsibility. Furnishings include one California king, queen bunk bed, 2 triple bunk beds, queen bed, single bed, and 3 queen sofa sleepers. There is one master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, and 2 lofts. 7. Telephone/Internet: There is no phone in the cabin. There is Wi-Fi. 8. Pets: Pets are not allowed. 9. Smoking: No smoking allowed in cabin. 10. Occupancy: No more than 15 persons are allowed to stay in this cabin. If over 15 a $10 per day additional charge will be added per person with preapproval from home owners. The rental charge is limited to allow only the number of guests the contract states. 11. We ask that you leave the cabin clean. Remove all trash. When leaving: Turn off all running water, lights, gas stove/oven and fireplace; turn off central heating, close blinds and curtains, lock all windows and doors. 12. We reserve the right to retain your security deposit if any item on this policy is violated. Please be responsible and respectful. 13. Firewood is available for $35 a day. Please send us a check after your departure to cover your firewood. Please be honest as we know when wood has been taken. 14. Damages and Injury: The tenant is responsible for any damages, loss or breakage to the home and property due to their occupancy. Tenant agrees that the landlord is not responsible for ANY INJURY to any person occurring on the property during the term of occupancy and/or PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE INCURRED. 15. Liability: No claim can be made on the owners for accidents, loss or injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday/vacation insurance coverage. The owners do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury caused as a result of the use of our property. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party, to ensure that children are always properly supervised on all areas of the property. Children are NOT permitted on the balconies unattended. Screens must remain in windows at all times, and windows must remain closed if children are near them. All rules must be adhered to. The owners are not responsible for any acts of God, inclement weather or any other actions that are beyond their control. Appliances and heating are not guaranteed, although repairs will be made as soon as possible. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. If at anytime during your stay something should become damaged or broken, please inform us immediately so it can be repaired or replaced before further damage can occur. The owner is not responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from willful neglect and/or negligence.
