A dream studio and location! - The studio apartment is in one of the unique locations in Nice - Located in the prestigious building 'Royal Luxembourg' which is in prime central position on the Promenade des Anglais and great access for the beach. The studio is on the 6th floor at the rear of building (very quiet) On entry you have a spacious living area and King size luxury double bed - there is a leather 2 person sofa and large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player there is Sat TV with Sky news and BBC world and free internet access (there is an additional further single mattress that can be used when required) This studio has been completely refurbished throughout with clean and refreshing white furnishing and dark hardwood floors - the shower room has a large walk in double power shower. There is a small American kitchen with double cooking plate and microwave and fridge. There is air conditioning. The real uniqueness of this property is the roof top swimming pool & its great location.
