From our deluxe pillowtop beds, to our slate master bath with 2-headed rain shower, to our granite kitchen and bath countertops, this place has everything you need for a great getaway.
We offer a beautifully furnished home, with both air conditioning and heat. Our smoke-free home has a spacious living and dining room with slate floors as well as a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Gas fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom can be lit with the mere flip of a switch. This home is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, two cable TV's and dvd players, a stereo system and even Nintendo for the kids. For sleeping, we offer a king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs, a queen bedroom and a kids room which can sleep up to four (with bunk beds and a futon). There is also a loft which can accommodate another two on a full sized futon.
Our townhome is in the Dalton Ranch resort, which is conveniently located off Hwy 550, north of town. It's an easy drive to both town and the ski resort. There's so much to do in Durango and the surrounding areas all year long. Summer activities include biking, hiking, jeeping, white-river rafting, horseback riding, to name a few.
In winter both downhill and cross country skiing are available, as well as snowmobiling and dogsledding, one of our personal favorites. The city of Durango also offers fine dining and shopping. Other nearby activities include the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Mesa Verde, about an hour away.

Daily rate of $250 with a minimun 4 day rental
Weekly rental only accepted during Christmas/Spring Break
$300 security deposit required. Cleaning fee taken out of security.

Summer is perfect for evening walks. And since we are far enough from town, the evening stars are not dimmed by lights. The star gazing is incredible. Winter is perfect for elk and deer watching. Its a common site to see a herd of elk in the field behind the deck.
