Just steps to a white sandy beach from our 1200 square foot third floor, two bedroom, two bathroom fully equipped non smoking Condo. Our unit is in a secured building, located on the beach with a large balcony with a view of both the beach as well as the intercoastel waterways. For shops and restaurants we are located less than one mile from John's Pass Fishing Village, Busch Gardens is located 45 minutes away and Disney World is 90 minutes.
Our Condo is very clean with on-site managers to look after the grounds and pool. Spend your day walking miles of sandy beach or relaxing in one of the lounges by the pool. No Pets allowed.

This condo is wonderful. Everything about the place was great from the size and cleanliness of the room to the managers who felt like they could be family. The price is great as well! In general Madeira Beach was the best vacation we have ever taken as a family. Everyone in the town was so friendly - everywhere we went people said hello and were just very courteous. We joked that it felt like we were in "Mayberry"! It is not too commercialized and not overly crowded. We highly reccommend the Collwood as well as Madeira Beach to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and stress free vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
