Josie's Folly is a fully furnished, beautiful, historic home in the heart of one of Telluride's most prestigious neighborhoods. This perfectly restored home is modern on the inside and its exterior is one of the finest examples of mining town Victorian architecture. The Folly is charming.
This non-smoking house has incredible views, decks, a stereo and TV, a modern kitchen, an awesome hot tub room, on street parking and a very central location. Easily walk to skiing and any place in town. The two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins, are gems. They share a master bathroom with steam and a half bathroom. The ground floor has a very open floor plan with a kitchen, living area, dining room, hot tub room, half bathroom and utility room. The basement level has a full bath and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Large window wells provide lots of natural light and excellent egress. The house comfortably sleeps six and there is also a cot.
Our clientele is well travelled, have sophisticated tastes and they love the Folly. The linens and facilities are top notch. Our minimum rental period is one week and the price includes one mid week maid service. We will take most dogs, but we don't take cat's because Josie is allergic to cats.
