  We enjoyed our stay at the home it was very spacious and well stocked . And very clean. We will definitely come back and enjoy the pool when it is warmer .the location was great, close enough for the kids to enjoy the beach and sams corner. We have allready told our friends that it would be a great place for them to try to rent for there vacation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  my family has been taking a september vacation for the past seven or eight years in the garden city, surfside area and out of all the places we have stayed, your home by far has been the overall best. we had plenty of parking which has given us lots of troubles before, we had our very own pool, which either we did without or shared and the dock and kayak was just an extra bonus. the house has plenty of room to be together, or slip away if ne eded. i've already recommended the property to friends and i hope our name is on the list to come and stay again next year.

  This house was in the perfect location. We enjoyed using the dock to fish & kayak and to dock our boat (although at full low tide you can't get the boat out-you need to plan accordingly). The walk to the beach was short and the pool is larger than any we've had in other houses at Garden City & Surfside. The house was close enough for us to walk down to the ice cream shop, pier and arcade. The house could use a little more updating inside but it was comfortable and clean and had all the necessities. Another reviewer noted low water pressure, but that must have been fixed because we didn't have any problems with that. The pool service kept the pool very clean while we were there.The sunsets on the marsh were fantastic!

  The house was a great size, great setup and great location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars were the showers, we had 9 people each day that had to shower and had to time it, only one person can shower at a time and you can't have dishwashers, laundry, or even a toilet flush or you loose all water pressure. The house could use some updating, but otherwise great vacation spot. Loved all the toys and setups to accomodate the little kids! Owners were great to work with and very responsive with all needs.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Owner response: I am glad you had a wonderful time. I spoke to the water provider and there was an issue during your stay that affected much of the street. They were repairing the line. I apologize for this inconvenience but I had no advance notice.

  We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this property to anyone. The location was excellent. We had access to the Inlet and the Ocean.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Our family has stayed at your house for the past 2 years; we are looking forward to our visit again this year. We have thoroughly enjoyed this house, the pool and location. As you all know, it's all about location, location, location and it is perfect!! :)

  April 2012 Club Paradise offered the ideal setting to kick back and take in a relaxing stay by the creek. The features of the house lend enought options keep everyone entertained and content. All four of us agreed that the creek location is a spot to drink in the coastal life in a busy community without the busy feeling of a beach front dwelling. Our experience at Brookgreen Gardens really wowed us with its history, vast gardens, sculputure collection, walking trails, zoo and avaries. Capri's in Myrtle Beach is a unique place for dinner, fun for all ages. Before we head home, we plan on spending a bit of time at Huntington Beach Park.

  This trip was last minute planning for our family. We couldn't have asked for any better. Our children loved the creek life. Crabs, fish and birds were such fun. It was a wonderful experience four sister and families with grandparents too. We hope to come back next year! Thanks for providing this great creek front home.
