Welcome to the spacious Villa Anaheim, just a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Enjoy the Disneyland fireworks from the yard & the bedrooms.
Villa Anaheim was purchased and remodeled in 2012 and offers 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (3 of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas stove, Microwave oven), and new granite counter-top. All bedrooms have new Cherrywood floors and fresh paint on the walls. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, tile floors, wood ceiling and large bay windows.
The house has a sizable private backyard, with seating area under a gazebo, a large 7-person hot tub/spa. Front yard has 2 large trees, room for kids to play and gated for child safety. Please look through all our photos and contact us for any questions.
Newly Remodeled House: This two-level house has been newly remodeled. Villa Anaheim offers 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have attached bathrooms. The house has 2 levels: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor with 1 bedroom and attached bathroom upstairs. All the bedrooms have new Cherrywood laminate floors and fresh paint on the walls.
The Master bedroom downstairs has beautiful wood ceilings and is attached to a large bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The tiled shower is large with seating area and two showerheads. The Master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed.
The second bedroom has large bay windows facing the front of the house. It is bright and cheery. It also features French doors and a large closet. It is furnished with a queen bed and a futon that easily converts to a full size bed.
The third bedroom faces the side and back of the house and has 4 twin beds including a bunk bed and a trundle bed. This bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom features double sinks, toilet and shower/tub combination. This bathroom can also be accessed from the kitchen.
The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has an attached bathroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas stove), and new granite counter-top. There is ample seating in an eat-in area inside the kitchen.
The living room has a lovely stone fireplace, gorgeous wood ceiling, tile floors and beautiful bay windows. The laundry room has 2 washers (one front loading and the second top-loading) and one large capacity dryer.
The house has a large private backyard, with seating area under a gazebo and a large 7-person hot tub/spa featuring 115 jets, waterfall, LED mood lighting and built-in speakers and a jack to connect your music player. The front of the property has 2 large trees and room for kids to play. It is gated and can be locked for child safety. There is ample parking on the long driveway.
The garage is carpeted and has a pool table and air-hockey table.
It is an easy 15 minute walk (1 mile) to free Disneyland 'Mickey and Friends' Trams that depart every 2-3 minutes for Disneyland Parks. You can also walk 0.4 miles to the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) shuttle stop. The house is conveniently located 10 blocks from I-5 freeway entrance, 20 minutes from John Wayne (Orange County / Santa Ana) airport, 30 minutes from beaches (Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Long Beach).

We stayed in this house during our recent California vacation. We had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were quite large. The kitchen was well equipped, with enough pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, etc... The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub in the backyard was fabulous. Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler stayed in this lovely home while visiting Disney. We fit very comfortably with lots of room to spare. My original intentions were to have the little one sleep in the bunk bed room, but ended up moving her upstairs. There is tons of room in the upstairs bedroom & a little cutout just before the bedroom, which was perfect to set up her pack-n-play. She is a very light sleeper so I'm always worried about waking her up, but she couldn't hear ANY of the laughter and fun going on after her bedtime. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels & paper products. There was a ton of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and condiments in the fridge. There was also a lot of board books and new-to-her toys that our little one loved playing with! The welcome basket was also greatly appreciated & gone within minutes of arrival. The family loved lounging in the hot tub! While we were all too exhausted to use it by the end of the day, it became a great start to the mornings! We felt very safe staying here. We drove to Disney each day so we could save energy for inside the park. It was a very quick & easy drive. We also took advantage of the Target that is only a couple minutes from the house. Thanks to the welcome binder that Melinda had handy we decided to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific before taking the family to the airport. The Aquarium was only 20-30 minutes away in mid-morning traffic. I would not hesitate to stay here again & am happy to recommend it to any looking to stay in this area. They truly have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This property has it all: plenty of room (we had 7 adults and 3 children in our party), fantastic location (quiet, yet easy proximity to Disneyland--we walked, even with two infants and a 4-year old), updated decor, bathrooms and appliances, and even a cache of toys for the 4-year old to play with. We would definitely rent here again. The only thing that would make this location better for us is if the children's room were converted to another adult room (queen bed) and the twin beds from that room were moved to the open areas on the upper floor.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This large, roomy home is exactly as advertised. It has had a very attractive remodel done to it recently and features large beds and bedrooms, excellent showers, tables and chairs for twelve people to eat at one time,as well as a large gazebo outside with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, and various items such as soap and toilet paper, as well as various condiments for your use. With excellent air-conditioning and fans in the bedrooms, sleeping was very comfortable. The hottub is brand new with the most jets I have ever seen. You can get a massage in various positions such that one doesn't want to get out of it. The yard is completely fenced and gated with a locking gate. Floor coverings are either tile or laminate and therefore are easy care and very easy to maintain. Because of the size, our group of 12 never felt squeezed; instead we felt like we had more than enough room. A large HD television can be watched in the sunken living room on a massive couch system. In addition, there is a pool table and an air hockey game in the garage, that has been turned into a games room. The owner, Melinda, was very friendly and helpful, and could be called at any time if there was a question about something. I would highly recommend this house to any large group as it is very comfortable, on a quiet street, and close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again if we came back as a large group. We stayed here in the last week of August, 2012.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The property was as well remodeled and updated as described. Everything was extremely clean and spacious. Kids loved it and it was great just turning them outside and into the detached garage-gameroom as the property is entirely fenced. Watched the fireworks from the front bedroom, front porch, upstairs and back porch. Used the hot tub every night but one( there was a skunk in the yard and we didn't want to chance it) and the beds were comfy though slightly less sturdy than typical. It took us a little while to figure out where the extra towels were, though the house book, if we took the time to read it, does note that they're in the front bedroom closet. We picked grapes and persimmons and tomatoes from the yard and all were delicious. The basket the owner left was appreciated and gone within minutes of arrival. The property is within walking distance of the tram, but we opted to drive and save our strength for Disneyland as one of our group uses a wheelchair. Thank you Melinda for sharing your beautiful home with us and though we were confused as far as the check out date, you were gracious and helpful and we would definately stay at this property again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a remarkably comfortable stay in Anaheim in Melinda's lovely home! Her thougtful touches made it feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel, and it was a particularly warm welcome for our weary kids (ages 6, 12, 14 and 16), who wanted to linger in the house, even when Disney was moments away! We came to Anaheim for the fencing Summer Nationals at the Convention Center, and driving back and forth was extremely convenient, both to the Convention Center and Disney. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were gleaming new and very easy to use, and we felt safe in this lovely neighborhood. We never even had to leave to see the fireworks - it was a splendid show from a variety of vantage points on the property. We extend a warm thanks to our hostess - we felt as if we were staying with friends- and we know exactly where we are staying on our next journey to Orange County!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This spacious, comfortable home is everything advertised and better. The bathrooms and bedrooms are huge! Everything was ready upon our arrival, even though the previous guests had just left that very morning. Melinda was great to work with, especially since we were a last-minute group. The kitchen is completely furnished with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, baking pans, and even some storage containers. Melinda has put together a very helpful "house" book with instructions for accessing the wireless internet, using the cable TV and explanations and instructions for everything else. The hot tub was a big hit. The kids swam with their parents in the afternoons and the adults relaxed in the evenings. We loved having use of two washing machines, and there were paper and soap supplies provided (Possibly left by a previous guest? At any rate, we didn't need to buy anything!). We loved having separate upstairs/downstairs A/C controls. We did need our own fan for the garage game room because there is no ventilation there. A big thank you to Melinda for the fun gift basket and emailing check-out instructions the day before we left. We had a great time at the house. The house is very clean and spacious (exactly as advertised). Eight of us (and our baby) stayed in the house comfortably. Owners were very friendly and responsive and did an amazing job helping us plan our trip. Would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

I can not overstate how pleased I and my friends were with this house. It was everything advertised and then some! The bedrooms are all quite spacious and the mattresses are extremely comfortable - so much so that two of my friends remarked that they had not slept so comfortably in years. The kitchen is a modern masterpiece - my friends and I were ecstatic to discover that we could plug in all of our mobile devices near the kitchen table due to the profusion of outlets there. We also adored the gazebo and the hot tub. A bonus for us was the discovery that we had a perfect view of Disneyland's nightly fireworks display. Nothing beats relaxing in a hot tub and watching a marvelous celebration. The owners have done an incredible job with this property. They are also extremely organized, responsive, and kind. They provided us with a nice welcome basket and gave us detailed instructions about the house. When we return to Anaheim, we will definitely be requesting this property again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We are a young family with 2 kids who love to travel. We have used VRBO in many places including Hawaii, Canada, US and the UK. VRBO homes provide the space that we need for our kids. They can play, we can cook a full meal and relax in the living room and outdoor spaces. It is hard to compare a VRBO home with a hotel -- we find that vacation homes are a much better fit for our family's needs.
Why the Owner Chose Anaheim:
This location is a short 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Our guests can walk to many restaurants in downtown Disney and enjoy the resort area. At the same time, this spacious house provides plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This a charming house with lots of details that adults and kids will appreciate. The stone fireplace, bright windows, solar tubes, skylights, stone and marble accents in the entryway and long upstairs hallway and den space that our kids love. We have also added a brand new 7 person hot tub with 115 jets, and 100 LED lights. The front yard is gated and can be locked for child safety and Mom's peace of mind.
