In a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, this vacation home has all new appliances and newly renovated bathrooms. The first floor has living room with cathedral ceiling, bay windows, ceiling fans and skylights,kitchen, dining area, and laundry area. Master bedroom with full bath are also located on the first floor. Living room has a HDTV LCD flat screen.
Upstairs has two bedrooms, a full bath, and balcony area with TV. The home also has an updated, well-equipped kitchen, a finished basement with ping pong table and TV. and an outdoor deck off the dining room and master bedroom. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

We looked at quite a few homes on VRBO and were hoping that we had picked the right one. We were not disappointed. Clean, comfortable, well appointed; nothing broken, nothing missing. The on-island caretaker was readily available for any questions or help needed(we are not cable TV savvy and he got us up and running). Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented many homes at MV over the years and this house is by far one of the best equipped and most comfortable. The location is excellent. Close enough to town if you need something but far enough away to relax. If you like to bike, walk, play tennis, it's all right there. The house is also VERY clean and the furnishing are comfortable. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation get away, this is the place.
