    Excellent Choice What a wonderful find. My daughter and I had a short stay in Athens and thanks to Emmanuel and his lovely apartment it was an exceptional stay. The communication with Emmanuel was excellent before and during our arrival into Athens ensuring our needs were met. The apartment was well equipped with all the comforts of home and we were greeted with some home baking from Emmanuel’s mother. The sofa bed in the lounge was very comfortable as was the bed in the room. Surprising spacious and the little balcony off the lounge and bedroom was a bonus. Close to the Supermarket, Fruit & Veggie Store and a fabulous wee restaurant across the road. Public transport was easily accessible and readily available. Overall a wonderful experience and it is all thanks to Emmanuel. I would highly recommend Emmanuel and his apartments to any traveler stopping off in Athens. Apologies for the delaying in posting this review Emmanuel, Chelsea and I have just returned from our travels and are getting back to our daily routine. Kind Regards Philomena

    We did spend one month in this apartement and everything was fine.It is very quiet, The apartment is confortable and clean. The owner is very nice, very helpful. Facilities are close, transportation is easy and affordable. It's a good choice, we recommand this apartment..

    I have lived in Athens for 8 years and I chose this appartment because of its excellent location: central, but safe and well connected to all areas and suburbs, easy from both public and private transportation point of view. It turned out to be much more than this: nicely decorated, without being too pretentious, perfectly equipped and giving this feeling of home. The owner is extremely helpful and makes sure that your stay does not leave anything to be desired in terms of cleaning, useful information or advise. In a few words: I would stay there every time I am in Athens and I would recommend it strongly to all my friends and acquaintances.

    Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

    We stayed at lovable experience 3 apartment for three days. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area of the city near to shops, nice restaurants, metro and buses. It is very easy from the apartment to reach any place you want to visit in Athens and it was very easy to find it in the first place thanks to the informations given by the owner. The owner is very helpful also in giving directions and useful advices to make your stay as best as possible. The apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything one may need; it responded to the description on the web and it was very clean. We had a wonderful time in Athens and we wish to be back. Thanks Manos!

    My review is based on 3 important things for me: Nice apartment, good position in the town and considerate landlord. The apartment had everything we needed, we enjoy cooking and we like a bit of space. The balcony is south facing and looks out onto a courtyard but we were the only people who seemed to sit out. The apartment was close to some good shops: the excelent veg shop next door, the bakery round the corner, lots of other local shops and the convenience of Carrefour's down the road. Metros and good restaurants were 10 mins walk away. I would not like to have to park near the apartment but in a city who needs a car. The apartment also had wi-fi and a telephone so we were never cut off. The landlord sent us lots of maps and information before we arrived and gave us even more when we arrived. Apart from that he left us alone. What more could you ask for. We really enjoyed it so we'll be back.

    A great apartment close to the centre of Athens and quiet as you want it to be. Plenty of shopping and eating/drinking opportunities nearby with public transport within a short walk. Supermarkets and pastiseries abound in the nearby neighbourhood.The Manager/Owner Manos was so helpful and was always available to assist us with any advice we requested and also helpful in directing us to some good places to find Greek food and wine. He provided maps on how to find the place and was outside to meet us when we arrived to ensure the notorious Athens taxi drivers did not rip us off. I recommend this property to those seeking a self catering holiday who may want to savour the Greek cooking and yummy wines. Thank you Manos.

    I stayed in the apartment with my family and I so glad I did. I have checked around on Orbitz and other travel sites for a place with a private bedroom for wife and me and a separate area for my son. This place hit the spot! We had our own bedroom and my son had the big LCD television and the nice fold out bed. The place will very nice and decorated in a contemporary style. As most of you know that have children it nice to be able to feed them. I was able to cook pasta and get fresh bread from the bakery around the corner and also our morning breakfast of Chocolate Croissants. There are so many positives to this place here are just some. A wine store below with fresh vegetables, a Soukavi restaurant that is nice and cheap, bakery and mini markets and just about anything you would want is available. There is also a Gym that cost 20Euro for week which was nice. The Metro are a 5min walk but it's a nice easy walk passing all the food shops. The best part if the free High Speed Internet and free international phone. There is no Hotels in Athens that offer what these apartment offer at this rate. I have already recommended this to my friends and I will be back with my other kids as they were to young. Thanks to Manos for all your help and assistance!

    We were very pleased with this flat in the Ambelokipi district of Athens, which is located along major bus routes and within easy walking distance of metro stations and large grocery stores. Not only was the apparently renovated flat quite clean, but Mr Anastasopolous was very helpful and friendly, and took the time to acquaint us with the area. Although some neighbors were a little bit noisy, on the whole this was a very good experience.

    This rental was terrific! It is beautifully decorated and spacious for a 1 bedroom. I stayed here with my sister and cousin and we were very comfortable. Manos, the owner, is wonderful! He is very helpful and kind. I will defintely stay here or in one if his rentals on our next visit!

    The apartment has probably the best connections to the airport, the Acropolis and Syntagma square. It is airy, tastefully decorated, with all gadgets available. It is also a quiet apartment as it faces a green courtyard with a fig tree and several Mediterranean plants. In the busy Athens traffic and heat, this can feel like an oasis. The owner was very helpful and friendly and dealt immediately with a minor problem we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    All of Mano's appartments are beautifully decorated, sparing no expense. I had super bed linen, crisp and fresh, ensuring a great nights sleep. Towels were Laura Ashleigh, fluffy and well laundered. I believe his Mama deals with the soft furnishings and has an excellent eye. This particular one has an Oriental theme and is very tasteful. Washing machine, fridge, hair dryer everything that one needs when away from home. The proprietor, Manos, is a thoughtful and sincere person who will endeavour to make your stay happy and memorable.The location is convenient for all amenities and bus rides away from all the wonderful sights of Athens. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property.

    We stayed in this excellent flat in February 2009 and could not have wanted for more. It is a newly refurbished flat, clean, light and modern. We were very comfortable indeed. As the weather was not brilliant, it was very cold, we probably spent more time in the flat than anticipated but we were so warm and comfortable that it was good to just settle down and relax after a busy day sightseeing. There is a 5 min walk to the metro and just 4-5 stops to the centre of Athens. On Sunday it took us just 20 minutes from the central squre to the flat. The owner was always on hand if needed. Everything you need can be found close to the flat. Overall you could not find better accommodation for a city centre holiday.

    This is an extremely attractive and comfortable apartment, well located for transport links to the airport. It has obviously been decorated recently, and it is equipped with good-quality furnishings and household items. For such a busy part of Athens, it is remarkably quiet, particularly the bedroom. Communication in English with the owner was excellent, and we would happily stay there again.

    The property was exactly as described. It was clean, beautifully furnished, well presented and fully equipped. The owners were helpful and accommodating yet unobtrusive. The heating was excellent. The area was accessible for buses, trolley buses and the metro and there were ample shops, supermarkets and banks (with ATM) in the vicinity and a small supermarket open until very late just round the corner. The area felt very safe at night. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone who wanted a comfortable home from home in Athens.
