Enjoy our beautiful home only steps from a private beach. We are just across the street from a private beach only open to Pedregal home owners. The home is about 100 feet from the sand. The home has a double master bedroom, each with king size beds and master bathrooms. Two more guest rooms are located on the main level, one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Both guestrooms share a large bathroom. A fifth bedroom is connected through the garage and includes its own bathroom and a kitchenette (Note: the 5th bedroom does not have air conditioning). The +4000 sq ft home has an open floorplan with a formal living room, formal dining room, equipped gourmet kitchen and breakfast area. Additionally, there is a large media room with ample seating for over 10 people. The living room and kitchen open up onto a large deck area with a pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs and al fresco dining area which overlook the pacific ocean.
