Watch as the sun sets slowly over Back Bay Wildlife Refuge where you can catch a glimpse of Herons, Eagles, Osprey, Foxes, and more. This luxury condo is also parked right on sunny Sandbridge Beach. You'll get the best of both worlds in this beautifully decorated three bedroom get-away.
Your family will love the big open living room with its 55' flat screen LCD tv and sound bar with Blue ray dvd, lots of comfy seating for everyone, open to the kitchen and bar, and the large lovely balcony with it's beautiful views!
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you'll need including, serving and cookware, top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, and all the necessary small appliances.
The spacious Master Suite offers a private bath with granite vanity, king size bed, 37' flat screen tv, and a Blue ray dvd player.
The second bedroom also features a king size bed and 32' flat screen tv with a Blue ray dvd player.
Bedroom number three is fantastic for kids with bunk beds, pull out 'chair bed' and 32' flat screen tv with Blue ray dvd player.
There's plenty of space for everyone and more than enough entertainment to go around at Bay Dreamin' including, beach chairs, Umbrella, Toys, and a cart in the garage storage closet.
Condo Complex amenities include: One reserved parking space for this condo unit in a covered parking garage with ample extra parking and street parking, if needed. THREE swimming pools open May- September but dates vary due to weather, one pool has an oceanfront swim up bar, a very large hot tub available ONLY DURING OFF SEASON. Fire Code regulations prohibits use of open-flamed or gas-fueled grilling devices on unit balconies. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills (in courtyard area). Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TV's and weights, community room and game room with pool table, pinball, video arcade machine and, of course, the big stretch of Atlantic - sand and ocean with no road in front!
Linens are included from 05/25/2013 until 09/07/2013 ONLY. NOTE: If your reservation is prior to 05/25/2013 or after 09/07/2013 you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases & towels or a rental package of linens is available through Beach Pros Realty at a nominal price. Linens are not provided for stays shorter than one week.

This was our second time staying in "Bay Dreamin." The details and amenities are perfect-o! Fantastic electronics, loaded kitchen, and we are addicted to watching sunsets over the bay.
