Our Villa is within the confines of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation and is accross from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. One of our complex's five pools sits just off our large lovely deck in a wooded setting.
Our Villa is 2,000 square feet and will give you and your family plenty of room to spread out. Queens Grant villas are one of Palmetto Dunes' best kept secrets, with their large great rooms and spacious bedrooms.

This was our second stay in Queen's Grant (love this area) and the first at this property. We found this unit to be very well maintained, spacious and nicely equipped. The unit's entrance is tucked into a corner -- very private. The pool is just steps away from the large deck. Conveniently located near the general store, Alexander's restaurant and the beach -- all within walking distance. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was centrally located, but we still felt privacy. The listing description was right on! It was everything portrayed, and the owners were extremely helpful. We spent a wonderful week, 4/23-4/30/11, with our dog and friends from Charlotte. We're looking at the calendar for next year. It was our first experience in Palmetto Dunes, but not the first time visiting Hilton Head. Our dog gives her vacation 2 paws up!

Our family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head.! The villa was very clean and had everything visitors would need. Tennis courts, a general store, and a restaurant are less than a 5 minute walk from the villa. We would definitely rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay in this Villa. Very quiet location, great deck and close to pool. The Villa was clean and within walking distance to the beach and tennis. A short drive to local restaurants and shopping.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home.Very clean and well stocked kitchen.Pool just steps away and beach was maybe 4 or 5 minutes away.We used shuttle van due to children with us and everyone at Palmetto Dunes was so nice.First time visiting Hilton Head but kids are planning next summer here.I would recommend to any family.Beach was so nice and clean.

We had a GREAT stay at this condo and would definately stay there again. The unit is very well stocked with kicthen supplies and really is just steps from the pool. The ocean is just a short bike ride away. Thanks for a great stay!
