Keywords: If you like the Beach and Gulf this is it! Top 7th floor upscale condo features a 35 ft. balcony with 180 degree unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony features new chairs, tables, lounger and electric grill.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Cable TV, Private Bath with Jacuzzi. There is also a walkout to the balcony. The other two bedrooms both offer Queen Beds with TV's as well.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with new appliances, Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. The condo unit has both a Washer and Dryer inside.
The building has covered parking and a heated pool.
There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby. A few miles south of us is Johns Pass Village. There you can find unique beach shops, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Jet-Ski and Boat Rentals.
If you are looking for a romantic getaway, beach fun or just a quiet break from the action, you will enjoy this location.

Why the Owner Chose Rose:
We use to vacation nearby many years ago. We came back in 1998 for a vacation and just fell in love with the area. Indian Shores has the best sandy beaches. The Rose Condo is a very well maintained building. Having only 30 units, it a relaxing building to vacation or visit. The Gulf Views are just phenomenal.
What we enjoy most is that if you want to fish, golf or be busy there are plenty of activities close by. If you just want to sit under an umbrella on the beach and read a book you will not find a more relaxing place to do just nothing!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy bike riding down the Pinellas Trail. This is a 60 Mile paved biking-jogging/roller blade trail that stretches from St. Petersburg to Clearwater. You can enter and exit at numerous County Parks and really explore the area.
