My wife and I really enjoyed this very well equipped move in ready condo just outside the Pearl. This quiet, clean, comfortable retreat provided an excellent sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Portland. Walking into the Pearl and downtown Portland was very easy and we found ourselves doing it everyday despite the weather. It was always nice coming back from morning or evening strolls to settle into this wonderful warm and cozy condo. The condo was nicely furnished with clean comfortable furniture. Nice pleasant art on the walls and a wonderful view of the River and surrounding areas. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Portland.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is a well appointed condo that sits quietly along the river in a well designed and maintained complex. It is just on the edge of the Pearl District so you can be downtown in a 5 minute drive. Access to everywhere else in Portland is just a matter of selecting the right route. We really enjoyed our stay here finding it restful and yet close enough to all the things we wanted to do. Being pet friendly was a big bonus for us as well. Thanx for a great place and a great time!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

This is a GREAT property. Very clean and comfortable. We wish our bed at home for a comfortable as this bed was. It was just a fifteen minute walk to downtown. We would definately reccomend this property and hope to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It has everything you would need. We stayed for five weeks while we relocated to Portland and it was the perfect location to base ourselves to get acclimated to the city. We had 2 cars and a motocycle and parking was easy. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The large patio with the view of the water was a bonus. Saturday market is just down the street.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The owner was accommodating and prompt. The property was very well kept, easily accessible, and had nice views of the river. Besides the morning commute hours, the property is somewhat difficult to access via public transportation - on a nice day, a bike goes a long ways! Cabs varied from between $7 and $10 (w/o tip) to downtown. We were very satisfied - thank you!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
