On the beach side, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Sugar Beach Condo , this lake-front, luxuriously furnished condo offers all the amenities of a dream vacation. We named our vacation home to share The Last Resort because we hope it is the last resort you will ever look for again. You will always want to come back and feel like it is your place away from home. It includes 1 King size master bedroom suite complete with gold fabric headboard, 4 bedrooms (a rarity in vacation rentals!), plus 3 full baths, a modern kitchen with great cookware and so many extras, and lake views from private balconies. We use high thread count bedding that let you sink right into the dreams that await you. If you like a soft bed, two of the queens have tempurpedic type beds while the other two are firmer. We have high speed wireless Wi-Fi and a blue tooth enabled phone system to attach your cell phones. Don't forget the 3 flat screens, two which are wall mounted and two older versions making a total of 5 TVs. Sugar Beach offers an array of inviting activities for its guests, including tennis courts; a pool, club house; basketball goal and a grill. There is a lake filled with koi and turtles that can be fed from the dock platform. Without saying, the worlds whitest best beaches lay only feet away from the pool area.
If you get the urge to explore, the condo is located conveniently close to a shopping center, restaurants, movie theaters, night life and numerous other activities.
From the private balcony, enjoy sunsets over the gulf that will take your breath away. Everything to create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

About the owner: We are a happily married family with 6 blended children, 11 grand children and 1 great grand child. We love to travel and have given that travel bug to members of the family. We all agree that the beach is one of the best places to come to for making memories. Starting at an early age we now talk about when they were growing up and wanting to be sure their little ones have the same great experiences as they did.
Why the Owner Chose Sugar Beach:
After spending many years renting at Sugar Beach our family decided to purchase. We have redecorated our vacation home and want to share the luxury we have on vacation with other families. It's low rise, no elevators, family athmosphere were motivators. The fact that there are so many other places on the strip leaves this place quietly nestled away almost to itself while just a shells throw away is the hustle and bustle of beach life.

Our children are grown but we continue to gather with their families for great memories that have exceeded our imagination. We have traveled to many places and stayed from little cottages to spacious rentals and timeshares. The part we loved most was not being in a sterile environment with cookie cutter assessories. We love color but simple luxury. We believe we have captured this feel to share with you. I love to cook so I made sure there was waffle irons, pretty cookware, electric wine opener, electric skillet, food processor, blenders, loads of dinnerware that we sit out for you to enjoy to have that luxuorious look paying detail to finer silverware, nakpins, and centerpieces
