Overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay and Links Golf Course and across the inlet from Baytown Wharf, our condo was redecorated in 2006 and has a fabulous view looking out over a fairway towards Baytowne Wharf and the Marina and has a partial bay view. All of the resort's attractions including the beach can be reached in five minutes or less, or stay and swim at the beautiful Harbour Point pool located just steps away.
Many restaurants and shops are located in Baytown Wharf and Sandestin Village within the resort. In nearby Destin are the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Mall which is only about a mile away along with numerous other shops and restaurants in the area.
This is a NON-SMOKING condo unit on the second floor of a two story building. The living room has a 32" TV and DVD, master bedroom has a king size bed with 25" TV and VCR and the second bedroom has two twin beds with a 21" TV. The living room sofa makes into a queen bed. Enjoy breathtaking views from both the living room and master bedroom decks. You will find your Sandestin stay to be one of your most cherished memories.

My wife and I are both retired and we have owned a condo in Sandestin since 1999 and we bought this 2BR unit so that we could have our children/grandchildren come down to visit. It is such a great place to vacation and is very quiet for us. We enjoy the beach and the view is wonderful from our balcony.
Why the Owner Chose Harbour Point
We have looked at condos in other parts of Florida but Destin is much quieter and much more laid back. We originally came down to Sandestin on vacation and decided this was the place for us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The view from our unit has to be one of the best in Sandestin as it looks out across the golf course toward Baytowne Wharf and we get a view of the Bay besides. The July 4th fireworks just doesn't get much better than the view from our balcony.

This condo unit was exceptionally well kept and decorated. It was also very comfortable for our family. The photos did not do it justice as the view and condo exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area which was nice but very convenient to anything you would want to do!. The owner, Gary, was a pleasure to talk to and communicate with. Our entire vacation was a pleasure from making the reservations to our time spent there. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation stay at a great place and at an affordable rate. (The cost of these accomodations were considerably below the rate that some friends of ours paid for a single room at other places in Sandestin. We hope to revisit this area and condo again in the not too distant future. It is nice to have experienced these accomodations and have the opportunity to go back knowing there will be no surprises and our stay will again be a memorable one.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo for the last two winters. We can't say enough about Sandestin and the great views from this condo. The beach is spectacular and Baytowne Wharf is worth going to see several times. This condo is very comfortable and quiet. My wife always slept well and enjoyed watching the sun rise. Gary is very easy to deal with and this unit is well worth the price. We hope to come back in the future.

The pictures don't do it justice, it has such a huge amount of space... and it smelled incredibly fresh and clean when we arrived (cudos to your cleaning service).
