I live on site in the upper level of the residence and am available to answer any questions or help when needed. The very private and spacious rental unit is separated from the rest of the house and has its own entrance off of the porch. The structure is truly the quintessential Alaska home. Originally a homestead, there are many rustic, hand hewn construction features.
Roughly 1000 square feet are portioned into two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and huge, window-filled family sunroom. Bedrooms are outfitted with excellent linens. You can kick back on the overstuffed sofas in the family room while watching the 42 inch flat screen or gazing out the numerous windows.
