FYI--all pictures (except sunset) were taken in Jan 2012. Our smoke-free, spacious unit is situated in the highly desirable front-row "G" building. There are no buildings in front of our condo, assuring you of stunning ocean views and sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. It is bright, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. The furniture and interior decor are high quality, and island themed.
The whole condo has been completely remodeled over the last several years. The kitchen was completed in 2008 with new granite, cabinets and stainless steel appliances with a full-size refrigerator. Carpets, paint, tile, bathrooms, all woodwork including crown moulding throughout, have all been redone. The bedroom is large with a Cal King bed, 27 inch TV, and an enclosed lanai for your privacy. The bedroom also has a new split-system A/C unit which is extremely quiet and positioned away from the bed The master bath area is private and completely remodeled with a walk-in shower replacing the tub. FREE high speed cable internet access is provided for your use.
This is not just another rental condo. It is a modern and comfortable island home. We limit the rentals to two adults who will take care of it, and enjoy it as much as we do. Maui Kamaole Information:
Maui Kamaole resort is one of Kihei's newer first class properties. It is located in South Kihei, on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts, shopping, restaurants, golf and beaches. Our condo is directly across from the popular Kamaole III Beach and Park. Swimming and snorkeling are excellent here.
The complex is low-rise and low-density with extensive lawns and tropical landscaping in its dramatic hillside setting. Amenities at Maui Kamaole include tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, and gas barbecue areas. Excellent shopping, movies, restaurants, championship golf and the best beaches on Maui are only minutes away. Whale watching in the winter is excellent from the comfort of our lanai. Binoculars are provided.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
Our first condo was a garden view unit in Wailea. We sold it and bought the Maui Kamaole unit in 2003. We like the Maui Kam unit much better than Wailea. The condo is much more comfortable, and has an amazing ocean view. When the realtor opened the curtains, we were hooked.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
View is the biggest benefit. The location of our unit is also unique. It sits on top of the hill with a full view of the ocean, and no other buildings are in sight. It's almost like we have our own private hill overlooking the ocean. The privacy is very good for a condo.
We lived in the condo for several years, which is why we renovated the entire condo. It feels just like a modern home, not just another sparse, run-down rental. It is important to us to keep it nice and comfortable for all that use it, including ourselves.
Beautiful ocean front walking trail. It leads to Keawakapu beach to the South, and Kamaole Park to the North.
Our condo overlooks this park. The beach is great with good waves and snorkeling. You can see waves breaking from our condo.
Our condo is only about a 1/4 mile from Wailea. There are excellent shops, restaurants, golfing, etc in Wailea.

I just wanted to write and tell you what a beautiful experience Hawaii was for us, and to thank you for sharing your home with us. Everything was perfect, the decorating was so native, we loved it. The bed was sheer comfort, so much so, that one of the first things I did after arriving home was go order a new bed. Hopefully some day we will return to Hawaii because the experience was so great.. and we had wonderful time.

We had a fabulous stay in your lovely condo. It is so well kept and furnished. The decor is beautiful. All the furniture is very comfortable, both inside and on the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped. We have been coming to Kihei since 2001, and this is by far the best and most comfortable condo we have stayed in. The view is spectacular. Our stay in your beautiful and comfortable condo was wonderful. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast on the patiolooking out over the Pacific. The grounds and pools at Maui Kamaole are great. Fortunately during our stay the weather was perfect. We have already booked your condo for next year. I guess that says it all!

You have a beautiful home....Drina also wanted to pass along how clean everything is....She already wants to come back in a couple of years and we've been here less than an hour!...:0) My initial plan was to eat out for dinner most nights, but with the gorgeous view, a few more dinners will be eaten in. This is our fourth consecutive holiday relaxing in your very comfortable second home and we have already booked for next year. We stay about six weeks, and your condo has almost become our second home. As mentioned last year, your condo with it's amazing view, cleanliness, and appointments is indeed a jewel in this paradise. Were it not for going home to see our grandchildren for Christmas we would stay even longer. We have a new grandson since we arrived, so going home is not as tough as usual. I will miss working on the Monday AM volunteer crew in the Kam parks. Ask Pat about this opportunity to contribute a small bit to the island while visiting. Mike and Sharon

The accomodations here are nothing less than amazing. We can't think of a thing that make your home more comfy. All the ammenities were 5-star. The view is great and we loved the location. This is our first trip to Haawaii but not our last. We have stayed in many places all over the world and this condo by far is the nicest, most comfortable and well equipped. With all the different condos to choose from, we feel like we won the lottery finding this one. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you both for your hospitality in having us as your guests in your home. We were pleasantly surprised on how much amenities were here for us to enjoy. We loved "the road to Hana," couldn't believe how many waterfalls we saw. This is a true gem, the island has so many facets of beauty. There is an old saying which I find is so true for this the beautiful island of Maui...In life it's not how may breaths you take that matter, it's how may moments take your breath away!!
