Best location on Shadow Mountain Golf Course with wonderful mountain views in front and back yard. Near El Paseo on a quiet cul-de-sac, this house has a perfect layout for one, two or three couples. The house is 2,400 sq. ft. on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot in the middle of Shadow Mountain Golf Course. 2 master Bedrooms inside and a Casita with it's own bath and kitchenette just out side the back door. You can enjoy the beautiful golf course and mountain views from the heated Pebble Tec saltwater pool and spa, or you can enjoy a cocktail in the front courtyard. Watch the sunrise or sunset over the Eisenhower and Santa Rosa mountains. There are two doggie doors and the yard is fenced to keep your little doggie in. About the owner: We are Sandy and Moe Griffin Sandy is a retired nurse practitioner and Moe is a retired general contractor. We love to travel and have been all over Europe, Mexico and the US. We have a little scottie dog named Scott. and he loves to travel also.
Why the Owner Chose Shadow Mountain:
This is our primary residence but we also have a cabin in Big Bear and a place in Mexico that we travel between. We love the location because of the views. No neighbors in front or back, just golf course and mountains.
