We are looking for families or mature groups who will take good care of our home. Special lower rates for the right people!
This is a beautifully decorated and maintained traditional Fire Island Cottage, built to stay cool and maximize ocean breezes. It has 4 bedrooms including a master suite with a full bath on the second floor. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, and another bedroom with 2 single beds, perfect for children.
The house is light and bright and offers a variety of living areas for privacy: a front screened porch, living room , huge back deck, large roof deck, and separate dining room although you will undoubtedly eat most of your meals outside on the back deck.
We provide all linens and towels, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, everything you will need for a relaxing and quiet vacation.
An ideal house for families and couples.
No groups or shares please.
Preference given for monthly rentals. One week minimum rental.
