Beautiful Oceanview Cape Cod Cottage located in New Silver Beach North Falmouth, MA. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails from the enclosed sunroom with breathtaking views of the ocean. This neighborhood is ideal for young families. Directly across the street is the 'Tea Room' which is home to a small arcade/game room, snack bar, ice cream stand, tennis and basketball courts.
Stroll to the private beach which has lifeguards and a swimming dock for older kids. Fish from the jetty or bring your boat and kayaks and enjoy the ocean. Association hosts activiities throughout the Summer such as movie nights for families.
Biking, shopping and great restaurants all close by.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths. Two bedrooms with full beds on main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - one has king bed and other bedroom has full and twin bed. It also has central air for those hot nights.

Owner was very accomodating Enjoyed our stay House was as portrayed no surprises Basketball /Tennis was convenient Would definitely come back Thank youRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The cottage was beautiful and well furnished. The air conditionning was not functionning and nobody went to repair it during the week it was so humid and hot in the house if we had known that we would have cancelled because we have air conditionning at home so we will not have rent a house for our vacation without air conditionning.
