This vacation home is conveniently located in the Heart of Destin. You are within walking distance to area restaurants, shopping, water sports and major attractions. This three story, professionally and tastefully decorated, lake front private home, will allow your family to relax in comfort!

This home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, washer & dryer, with areas overlooking The Dunes of Destin Lake.


First Floor:
Living room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer and balconies with dinning for eight and beautiful patio furniture. There is a Master suite with a King bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and access to a patio.

Second Floor:
Master suite with King bed and a day bed with trundle, large walk-in closets, master bathroom complete with garden whirlpool tub and separate shower and a private deck with slight gulf view.

Third Floor:
Large bedroom with a King bed and 2 sets of Bunk beds with twin on top and full on bottom.

Each bedroom and living area have Cable TV, VCR, and DVD players. Internet access is also provided. A rollaway crib, port a crib, highchair, and booster seat are also available for your convenience.

Destin is well known as the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village largely because of it roots as a top fishing destination and quick access to the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the state of Florida. But, there is much more to Destin than charter fishing. Destin has evolved over the years to be a top beach vacation destination. Featuring sugar white sand beaches and emerald colored water, it is an absolutely beautiful area.
