7 Bays Vacation Home Overlooking Lake Roosevelt

Come drive or fly to our home and enjoy the view of Lake Roosevelt from our deck. We are located in Seven Bays on a bluff adjacent to a private grass airstrip. Seven Bays is a small community located on picturesque Lake Roosevelt about 1-1/2 hrs northwest of Spokane. A short drive down to the bottom of Seven Bays road is the Seven Bays Marina where you can launch and get gas for your boat, The Marina also has some boat moorage available for a small daily fee and a grocery store opened seasonally for anything forgotten.
Our 3 bedrooms,1 bath home has central heat and air with a propane stove in the living room to warm you up on cooler nights. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has two double beds with an extra double mattress under the bed to easily sleep 8-10 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender for drinks on the deck. The dining room table can expand out to seat eight comfortably with extra folding chairs in the closet. The living room has a TV/DVD (no TV reception), a BOSE CD radio and many fun card/board games. There is a second TV with VCR and childrens' movies/games in the bedroom closet. A stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located in the master bedroom closet.
Outdoors bring plenty of hiking trails with Hawk Creek near by that boast of a unique waterfall and a spectacular canyon. Plenty of deer graze around near the house; you may even see some wild turkeys and quail. For history buffs there is Fort Spokane about 15 minutes away. Two Rivers Casino is just across the river from Fort Spokane. Of course nothing is better than fishing or swimming in Lake Roosevelt on a warm sunny day.

This was an awesome place with a great deck and view of the Lake. The place was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay. The wildlife was very abundent with deer walking right up to the deck. The barbeque worked out great and we used it every night of our stay for dinner. We took our boat out most days and explored the many miles of the lake. we launched out of fort spokane park and the 7 bays marina.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: So happy you made it to the lake this year and had a relaxing time. We hope you will be back next year.

This was a great vacation home. We rent vacation properties 2-3 times a year and this home is one of the nicer, cleaner homes we've stayed at. Loved having AC after a hot day on the lake-92 to 98 everyday. Loved the deck-sunsets and star gazing was beautiful. The master bed was super comfy. Kitchen very user friendly. Loved the hardwood floors. We didn't find the games and toys until the second to last day, so we played Bocce Ball by the airstrip and made paper airplanes. The marina was helpful and quick to launch and had first aid supplies when our daughter cut her foot while on the lake. $6 launch fee for a week is the deal of the year! This was our first trip to Lake Roosevelt and we absolutely fell in love. The water is perfect! Clean, crisp, refreshing and DEEP! The older I get the less I enjoy cold water, but this was perfect. We spent an evening in Davenport at the adorable 1950's bowling alley. Super nice new owners and we had the place to ourselves. We also drove to the Grand Coulee Dam and watched the laser show. I cannot wait to return next year-were already making plans with friends! The only thing I would change is that it was closer. :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the bowling tip in Davenport. We will add that to our to do list. Thanks for being one of our first customers and you are welcome back anytime!

My husband and I recently stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. Upon arrival, we noticed that the home not only boasts a spectacular view of the lake, but is clean and beautiful inside as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil or tool you may need, and the bedrooms are furnished wonderfully. The BBQ and patio furniture provided were fantastic, and we spent lots of time on the huge deck. Our stay was so great that we plan to come back for a whole week next year!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We were so glad you enjoyed your stay. We try hard to make sure everything you need is available and appreciate all the feedback. Our goal is to make you feel at home and hope you will get the opportunity to come back next year. Patty Rantz

'Cabin' is an understatement- this place is beautiful. Has all the amenties you could need/want. I have stayed at a lot of rental homes and this was the most stocked- beach towels, extra folding chairs,anti-gravity chairs, fully stock kitchen supplies, etc. This place is a vacation spot if you are looking to relax, watch the deer, and enjoy beautiful Lake Roosevelt as there is no 'town'/groceries/shopping anywhere near. Nice marina below take about 5 mins to get there as it is a very winding road. Can't wait to back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank you for the warm comments. We strive to make sure you enjoy our home as much as we do. You are welcome back anytime.

We loved our time here and thought the house was perfect. We spent our days on the lake and had a perfect place to spend the rest of our time while at Lake Roosevelt. Very close drive to the marina, you can even walk to it as well. We enjoyed the view from the deck and from the inside too! The house is very nice and comfortable with lots of parking for cars and boats. It's a great place, and we can't wait to come back!Owner response: Thank you for giving us our first review. We are grateful you took a chance on a new listing and enjoyed our homeaway from home. We agree that it is comfortable and relaxing and are glad we can share it with others. Patty and Randy Rantz
