  We stayed at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort for one week. The condo was very clean. We were very pleased with everything in the condo! We had a great view of the ocean. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. Our stay was very pleasant. We loved the area! It's a great place to relax and participate in many activities. I highly recommend this area for a nice vacation. We plan on returning next year!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Our stay in Hilton Head was marred only by cold weather(the second frost of the year) and 2 rainy days. The condo was just as described and the owner was very accomodating. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and china and made it easy to eat some meals in house. The location was perfect, beautiful view of the sun rise from the balcony and even inside. Quick walk to the beach. Close access to bike paths. Everything was clean and neat. The condo is small, but would be less noticeable in better weather when you could be on the balcony more.

  Beautiful condo with fantastic ocean views even while sitting on the couch on the living room. We loved the ocean view from the Condo. We were only steps away from the pool and beach.This is one of the nicest Condo's we stayed in. The owner was extremely accommodating and made sure our trip was perfect.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We loved the ocean view from the Condo. We were only steps away from the pool and beach. We've been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is one of the nicest Condo's we stayed in. The owners kept in touch before and after our stay which is a first for us. We really enjoyed our stay there.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Spent a week at this villa the week of 7/07/2012. The ocean view was as described. It was great! The villa had everything we needed for our stay. My children appreciated the wi-fi that was provided. I really enjoyed hearing the ocean sounds from the balcony in the evenings. The owner was very friendly and checked in with us at the beginning of the week. I would highly recommend this villa for your stay on HHI!

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort is very well kept. Security personal are visible throughout the day, and the gate is manned 24 / 7. Children ride bikes and walk the property in peace, carefree, and safe. The pool is huge, beautiful, and clean. You can eat, drink, and enjoy ice cream by the pool and beach. Take the time to walk the property, it is very nice. Also, there are restaurants on the property, so if you do not want to go any place for meals you can eat close to home. The condo is nice, has a great view of the ocean, and is located close to the elevator for great connivance. In this unit, you get a better view of the ocean, than in most other units. The condo has just about everything you could need, including two beach chairs which came in handy. The deck is nice and has four chairs and small matching tables. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and fresh ocean breezes. The unit is very simply decorated and basic, but we spent so little time in the room that it did not matter. The owner has tons of movies (VHS and DVDs), a small stereo, and a game station to enjoy. The condo is small, but was just perfect for my girl friend and I. The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience! Hilton Head Island is very beautiful, every attraction is close, and the beaches are great. There are so many things for kids (and adults) to do, that it makes me want to be a kid again. I would suggest that you rent bikes, the bike trails are fantastic, tree lined, and safe. We drove to HHI and to our amazement gas prices were about a dollar less (a gallon) then where we are from...a huge plus! Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our condo, and would stay at this resort and condo again. The owner was great in every way. We look forward to retiring on the island in a few years.
