Immaculate Cape Cod Cottage located in a quiet and quaint area of East Dennis. Just a short 50 yard walk down a private path and you arrive at a private beach which only 4 homes have access to. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 1/2 baths and a wonderful sandstone outdoor shower. The cottage has picture windows facing the ocean so regardless of the room you are in you have a wonderful view of the water. The house and yard epitomizes a classic, well maintained Cape Cod beach cottage with newly remodeled kitchen, living areas and baths.
The beach is wonderful spot for those looking for a peaceful day or children looking to play and explore. With the changing of the tides there are wonderful tidal pools to swim and play in, large open sand bars and great rocks to explore around. Since it is short walk to the house you can come and go easily.
It is a wonderful summer home in a great location to enjoy the beach, great resturants and is central to other great places on the Cape.

We have stayed in this charming beach cottage several times. Each and every time we cherish our visits. The kids love visiting because of the cozy cottage feel and the spacious beach and privacy at low tide. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The kids spend hours with their fish nets and buckets and relish in discovering the tidal pools and marine life. The view is beautiful and with the cottage remodeled, everything is fresh and new with many conveniences. The beautiful stroll to the harbor makes for a nice outing where you can enjoy delicious breakfast scones and enjoy the boat passing through. The home decor and cottage feel make for a very cozy and comfortable stay. Short drive to Chatham and neighboring towns...and our favorite Smugglers ice cream! I visited this cottage with two friends in September 2009 and we all really enjoyed ourselves and the cottage. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful interior, comfortable beds, and overall just a very fun and relaxing stay for us all. It's just a short walk down a path to the beach and their are some amazing views. We spent a few days out on the beach and pretty much had the whole beach all to ourselves which was great. There's a really nice casual place to eat at a nearby marina and we had lunch there one day and breakfast on another and enjoyed sitting outside by the beach while eating. During our stay, we took a short drive over to Chatham one evening for dinner and we all really enjoyed walking around town before dining. Another day, we took a trip up to Provincetown for the afternoon and that was a lot of fun as well. In addition to those, we also just enjoyed some spots within a few miles of the cottage...a fun ice cream shop, a local breakfast spot within muffins and pastries, an artist's pottery workshop with some beautiful pieces...there was so much to check out. We even brought in some fresh caught lobster for dinner one night which was amazing. I have stayed twice at this rental and it gets better with each visit. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to all of the local amenities. The cottage and furnishings are incredibly comfortable - instantly relaxing. It is up-to-date and immaculate. There is plenty of space to spread out and entertain. Beds were comfy and everything we needed for our stay was close-at-hand (Internet, good TV, games, books, grill, appliances, etc.). The grounds are well-maintained and there is a sizable deck and yard for relaxing or play. The outdoor shower is a real treat. Excellent shopping and restaurants are an easy drive. I highly recommend strolling over to Sesuit Harbor Cafe for a tasty local breakfast or perfectly overstuffed lobster rolls come lunchtime. Just off the backyard is a secluded path to a semi-private beach. The picturesque beach is not crowded and perfect for reading a book in your lounge chair, taking in a swim, or tossing a frisbee in the sand. I would highly recommend this rental property. I can't say enough about its easy living and comfortable atmosphere that sets up a relaxing bit of time away.
