200m2 warm and inviting, charming and comfortable house is set in 6000 m2 of land and located in beautiful, quiet country surroundings, right in the heart of Provence, close to the Alpilles and near the Luberon. A swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden with pine trees, hundred-year-old olive trees, hedges and in bloom scented clumps offer to the guests a tranquil spot for entertaining or relaxing with the family or friends. This cosy home is 1 km from the medieval town centre of Noves and 10 km from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people or your family.
According to how you feel you will be able to enjoy the swimming pool area, the pinewood, the olive grove, the Pétanque area or the 40m2 "outdoor living room" terrace, a perfect place for relaxing and eating in the shade of the arbour.
The children's play area has a hut, a swing, a slide...
The 8x4 m and 1,50 in depth swimming pool has a secured removable fence.
Own car park space to rear and the property is closed by an electric gate.
Inside you will find a comfy and excellent accommodation with air conditioning and the decor is really modern and tasteful :

Opening onto the outside terrace : a dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge...in addition to which a second fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry.
The comfortably furnished living room is ideal for entertaining and it has a satellite large-screen TV with DVD and HiFi. Separated toilet.
The playroom opens onto the terrace pool and has a full size table football, a billiard, a tennis table and a selection of games.
Bedroom area
The main bedroom opens onto the terrace pool and has a king size bed (160x200 cm), a TV and a private shower-room / toilet.
At your disposal a family suite including a bedroom with a king size bed and TV, two bedrooms each with two 90x100 beds and TV, a bathroom (with two basins, shower and bath) and a separated toilet.
Another bedroom with a king size bed, TV and a shower-room / toilet.
So that you have such a wonderful relaxing time, full use of the house includes :
final cleaning for the entire home and all linens (sheets and towels changed weekly). Cleaning staff will take care of the garden and pool maintenance.
A secured WIFI access is at your disposal.
For our younger guests two babies cots with mattress, a highchair and a bath are available.
