  The house was excellent for my family! we had a great time and would definitely come back to stay here. Jane went the extra mile for us with providing a portable crib for our 7 month old son. She responded very fast to any concerns I had before we stayed here. She is very sweet and I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Tucson!

  Loved the house! Very nice, clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen that made cooking for a large group very easy. We traveled with two dogs and they loved the backyard. Master bedroom was awesome with lots of closet and storage space and the manager across the street was available for any problems or questions we had (none arose but it was nice to know they were there) Would definitely stay here again.

  Where do we begin to tell of our most enjoyable stay? Here are the highlights: 1) A comfortable place to stay. We felt right at home right from the first moment. 2) Home beautifully decorated and well stocked (with the exception of not finding a mixer in the kitchen). 3) Love having a grill to cook on. 4) The location was perfect for us. Close to shopping and close to our family. 5) Large dining area to enjoy dinners with our grandchildren. 6) Quiet neighborhood. 7) A price lower than staying in a hotel while enjoying lots of room. We plan to have return visits to Tucson and hope that this home will be available for us. As far as we are concerned it is our #1 choice to stay.

  The house offers a nice open layout. Located in a peaceful gated community minutes from a large park with easy access to shopping & restaurants. Although our family only used one of the 4 bedrooms they all seemed well furnished. Cute backyard with covered patio offered nice security for our dogs. We really appreciated the access to a garage on an automatic door opener which allows entry to the house. Not the fanciest home, however it was well cared for, comfy and priced well. We would definitely stay again. Jane the owner was gracious in welcoming our 4 legged children to stay & the property manager was very pleasant and accessible. My review includes 5 stars because the house was presented as advertised and our stay was pleasant.

  Many beds for family sleepovers. Close to everything. Outdoor activities, supermarkets , movies. Big dining room table for the whole family to dine together. Lovely backyard that was too cold to use . Maybe next trip. Owner very helpful with everthing we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

  We were in Tucson to visit family along with our son and his family. We found the owner of this property and her manager to be helpful and friendly. There were enough beds for eight of us to sleep comfortably, but the house would not feel too big for two due to the layout of the master suite. We liked the idea of the gated community also. We enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the owner's hospitality.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My in-laws stayed at this house for about 10 days and it worked out great. It had plenty of room, plenty of beds, decent open kitchen and a garage for parking as well as a driveway. It's very close to the Northwest YMCA for working out and the Y has a great pool for kids. The house is not fancy but it's practical and a very good value, as well as a good location for getting around Tucson. The owner was very easy and professional to deal with, we would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  My family and I had the privilege to stay at this home for the entire month of July, 2012. We really enjoyed it and it has everything a person needs to be comfortable. The house is well appointed with great beds, tv's, kitchen supplies, a grill which we used, and even a printer if you need it. There are 4 bedrooms that are well laid out. A number of people could stay comfortably in this home. As a family of 5, there was more than enough room. The location is great! It is only a couple of miles from the Interstate, and it is very close to a number of restaurants, a walmart less than 1.5 mils away, a mall, a YMCA with great pools for kids and adults, and just about anything else you might need. Tucson has a number of things to do, even in the middle of summer. The subdivision that the home is in is gated, and you are provided a gate and garage code for entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and makes for wonderful evening walks around the loop. If their are any problems, the owner is very prompt in resolving them. We had a problem with the fridge while there, and it was very promptly dealt with by the owner and quickly fixed. You will not be dissapointed by the home. The pictures are very accurate and the home was spotless. Our security deposit was quickly returned. Rent this home with confidence!

  We have stayed a number of times in the Tucson/Pheonix area at vacation rental properties. We enjoyed this one the most. The house is spacious, well appointed and in a secure, safe and clean neighborhood. The property is accessible to I-10 and all of the places we like to frequent in the Tucson area. We spent most of our time in the courtyard watching the birds, the view of the mountains and enjoying the weather. The house has many new furnishings and is spacious. We particularly like that the master bedroom suite is completely separated from the remaining 3 bedrooms, providing a lot of privacy. The house is within easy walking distance to a wonderful YMCA facility that has a large pool and indoor exercise room. The walk in the park around the "Y" is very pleasant. If available, we plan on returning to this home for our annual visit to Tucson.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

  We have come to this beautiful Tucson home on vacation for the last couple of years and decided that others would enjoy it too. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe and well looked after by the property management company and homeowners. We are near many wonderful venues including golfing, biking, hiking, museums, shopping, and restaurants. A wonderful YMCA is within walking distance and features swimming pools, exercise room, and studio class. We love it here and think you will too!

There is a $10 per person/per night charge for each guest over 8 people. Prices are subject to change. Further discounts for multiple week or monthly stays.

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $200
• Pet Fee: $0
• Non-refundable cleaning fee: $150 + tax
• Tax Rate 7.1%

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property without prior permission of the Homeowner. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Only use appliances for their intended uses 5. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. 6. Parking: There is no parking within the street. Please park either in the driveway or the garage. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 8. Damages: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The house and its contents must not be damaged in order to get a full refund of the security/damage deposit. If there is damage to the property or any of its contents, please report it immediate to the property manager or Homeowner. An assessment will be done and determination of whether or not the security/damage deposit will be refunded at the discretion of the property manager and Homeowner. 9. Cancellation Policy - 100% cancellation 14 days prior to the stay. After 14 days, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. 10. No more than 8 people may stay at this home unless otherwise authorized by owner and additional fees are paid in advance.
