Children's park 2 blocks away, Walk to ferry going to San Francisco or Sausalito. Charming small town feeling with great restaurants, coffee houses and boutique shopping within walking distance from my home.
My favorite thing is to relax with a glass of wine on my deck by the lagoon looking at Mt Tamalpais. Jumping in the car and going to the Napa Wine Country for the day. San Francisco is 25 minutes away for shopping, theatre and museums.
