Also has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 2.5 baths and 200 sq ft balcony overlooking newly renovated Tupelo Courtyard. Can comfortably sleep six people. MINIMUM OF 4 NIGHTS STAY REQUIRED FOR RENTAL. We do not rent to anyone under 30 years old. Located in the heart of Baytowne Village where there is never a dull moment. Yet quite enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Enjoy a festive French Quarter atmosphere close to the beach. This condo provides everything you need for a fabulous vacation with fine linens and large 60 inch flat screen TV in the great room with surround sound and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms with built in DVD players. Polished brick flooring that is beautiful, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, raised ceilings, four french doors from the main level that lead out to a elongated 200 sq ft balcony allowing music and excitement to fill the condo. A luxurious setting provides a wonderful 1 to 2 week holiday or a romantic long weekend retreat from the world. Baytowne provides all the amenities that you could ask for in a holiday. Your condo was absolutely perfect. In fact, I think you undersold it in your VRBO ad. The TV with the surround sound was the best TV we have ever had in a rental. It was great. The location to the Wharf and the pool was so close. I love the “New Orleans loft” décor and feel it was unique and nice for the beach. You were so nice and easy to work with. Anyone who rents from you will be completely amazed with the condo, the location, Sandestin, the pool, everything. We couldn't have ask for anything better! Thanks you so much for providing such a great place to vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
