Capt's Quarters was built by one of the finest craftsman in Dillon Beach!
From the custom front doors that greet you, to the custom copper work throughout, to its positioning to maximize the views from all the windows and decks, to the granite kitchen countertops chosen and the Jacuzzi Tub in the Master Suite......nothing has been left out! This house was meant to be enjoyed by close family and friends and we are certain you are going to LOVE it!
The floor plan is open, spacious and inviting with gas log firplaces in the living room and the Master bedroom...again, nothing left out.
Capt's Quaters has 3 bedrooms (all Queens) and 2 1/2 baths.
As you climb a few stairs from the entry you are met with a wall of windows in the living, dining rooms and kitchen. The dining room has doors that open onto the large deck area. The Master suite is also on this level and is very spacious with a private bath, stunning views and a gaslog fireplace.
Climb a few more stairs and you'll find the next 2 spacious bedrooms and another deck with views of the open spaces and Bodega Bay... This floor has 1 1/2 more baths and a laundry area.
Climb a couple more stairs and you'll find your self in the open loft with skylights, a pool table and a comfy sofa overlooking the living, dining and kitchen areas. The amount of money lost at this pool table is ledgendary! Come with your "A" game!
Odds are good that upon your arrival you will be greeted by deer grazing in the front yard.
