Our villa at Turnberry is spacious with beautiful lakefront views. It is centrally located and a short walk to the tennis center, marina, and popular Baytowne Village. Step outside the back door and you can fish or play a round of golf. Or just sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the grassy lawn.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and has a large breakfast bar open to the family room and dining area.
The master bedroom has a large picture window overlooking the lake and golf course. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a large picture window overlooking the lake.
Each bedroom is equipped with new flat screen TVs and the family room has a DVD player.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a full bath.
There is a shared pool at Turnberry. It has changing rooms, lounge chairs and gazebo.
The top-rated beach is a just a bike ride or short drive away. The sand is soft, fine, and white, and the water is emerald green. We recently had a relative from California visit Sandestin for the first time and he was amazed at the beauty of the sand and water. Later we stood knee deep in the surf on a warm 4th of July evening and watched a fireworks display from the beach. Priceless!
Walk over to the Village at Baytowne one evening and enjoy a variety of restaurants, live entertainment, and great shopping. There is a super playground for children designed by children, as well as numerous kid-friendly activities.
Lighted sidewalks and paths are prevalent throughout the property.
Adults and children alike love to walk the many nature trails. Our kids especially loved the many tree houses located along the trails.
Attached to the Sandestin Resort is Grand Boulevard which boasts upscale shopping and dining. There is also a Publix grocery just past Grand Boulevard.

We had the pleasure of staying in this very nice townhome during the week of April 1, 2013. The unit was well equipped and comfortable throughout. Master bedroom down and two additional bedrooms upstairs with 3 1/2 baths. Walking distance to the tennis and marina complex at Sandestin as well as the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Easy exit by car out of the east gate of Sandestin for quick access to Grand Boulevard @ Sandestin which includes multiple restaurants, retail stores, Publix grocery, and a movie theater. About the owner: My husband and I only own this one property at Turnberry. It is our home away from home. We love Sandestin and would never consider having a second home anywhere else.
Why the Owner Chose Turnberry:
We bought our condo about ten years ago. The location is perfect for families. The Baytowne Village is within walking distance, as well as golf and tennis, and the beautiful marina. The kids can ride their bikes and fish out the back door. When they were little they loved the various tree-houses located throughout the bayside of Sandestin.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Now that our children are teenagers we are able to allow them to ride their bikes over to the beach and to the village. That frees me and my husband up to play tennis or golf. I love playing the Round Robin tennis matches at the tennis center, or participating in the tennis clinics. The great thing about Sandestin is you never have to leave the property to experience a total vacation. There is so much to do for children and adults. And our condo at Turnberry is so centrally located it is a short walk to everything except the beach which is accessible by bikes or driving.
