  Absolutely wonderful place to stay whilst in Venice. Beautiful new and modern property with everything you need for a home away from home experience. The property is very well designed, with lots of space and light - providing a very nice energy. The large open kitchen is also a delight. Upon arrival I found the apartment to be very clean and well equipped. Lots of storage/closet space. Beautiful bright bathroom, with a great shower and large bath tub. Delightful modern furniture. Everything the photos suggest basically. I wish my stay had been longer, and I will return.

  The Venice BeachHaus was perfect! Great communication & help from Claudia really made the stay so easy. The haus lives up to the amazing photos & more! Will definitely be back to stay on my next business trip to Los Angeles.

  This rental could not have been any better. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed the whole time. It's a back house with it's own gated and well-lit parking access from the alley, so I felt very secure coming home late at night. The property owners live in the main house and were great hosts! I felt like I could ask them for anything at anytime, although the rental is so well stocked that there was nothing I was lacking...beach towels, laundry detergent, cork screw, ipod dock, they had everything! Also notable is that everything in the rental was very clean and functional which is more than I can say for LA's top lux hotels. So, I will keep coming back to this rental!

  Beautifully furnished, bright space that feels comfortable and luxurious. Great location. Wonderful couple who rents the unit live in a cottage on the same property, and are helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the unit looks over an empty lot and an alley, and that the noise from neighboring properties is somewhat noisy. Otherwise highly recommended.

  We stayed here last month and had a very enjoyable stay however as it's a brand new house there was a lot of amenities missing that would have made the stay more enjoyable (soap, extra towels, TP, blender, washer/dryer etc..). We were also not able to get the heating to work properly during our stay. However the location is ideal, walking distance to Whole Foods and Abbott Kinney where our favorite restaurants Gjelina and Tasting Kitchen are located. We also found not being able to pay via PayPal or credit card a bit difficult, would suggest they add this as an option to make the transaction smoother. Thank you!

  We were the first guests to stay in this brand new, modern, spacious studio guest-house. The space is furnished with a beautiful, minimalist and modern aesthetic that is both warm and colorful. The house is inundated with natural light from skylights and windows and the floors are concrete with radiant floor heating which is always a lovely feeling when stepping out of bed in the morning. The house includes a wonderful king sized bed fitted with sheets that were so comfortable we ended up purchasing the same brand as soon as we got home. The house is equipped with refrigerator, range, microwave and all things essential to create a sense of home away from home. If cooking is important during your stay, there’s a great Whole Foods Market within walking distance but for those who are less interested in cooking, venture out on foot or by bike to nearby Abbot Kinney Boulevard to check out some great shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home for 10 days and look forward to returning in the future.
