We have stayed at Sea Breeze several times. We like the easy access and closeness of the ocean. The house is about a block from Road’s End State Recreation Area. The house is comfortable and nicely furnished. There are books, games, fireplace, hot tub, fireplace and everything you need to enjoy your visit. We have stayed as a couple and hosted a July 4th weekend for seven relatives. There are great restaurants nearby as well pubs, groceries, coffee shops, outlet mall, casino, and other services to meet your needs. This is a great place for a fun and relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: Rick and Francine live with their 2 cats in Seattle,and have a family hand built log cabin in Lake Chelan WA. Francine is an Occupational Therapist , Rick manages their rental properties and works part time in sales. We enjoy traveling the US National Parks and Europe, hiking, biking, gardening and woodworking. We have enjoyed furnishing and re-modeling our beach house to make it a very cozy and comfortable for our guests. Enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City:
We had purchased a full time rental on a previous trip to the Oregon coast and our realtor and a friend convinced us to look for a seasonal rental, and found this little jewel for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
A 5 minute walk to Roads End State Park and full access to miles and miles of Oregon beach, with Cascade Head in the distance.
A short ride by bike or car to shopping, the casino, and many varied restaraunts and a brewpub.
Looking out over the estuary in back of the property at croaking frogs in the spring, blue herons, red-winged blackbird and the occasional deer and raccoon.
You are also close to the Oregon Pacific Coast Highway and all the other villages and parks and lighthouses.
