  We found the stay in walkin' on sunshine GREAT. The prior contact with Janet upon reservation was very pleasant and she was very helpful in answering questions about the rental. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and took only 5 minutes. We were very excited to see the house when we arrived and we were very happy to see that everything exceeded our expectations. The interior is very beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms spotless. The kids loved the bunk bed in "their room". We very much enjoyed both the small pool at the house as well as the larger pools in the club house, which is located conveniently close by the house. We felt very welcome here and would definetly like to return another time. We are a family with 2 young boys of 5 and 6 years of age. Our youngest son even celebrated his 5th year birthday in the house, so this stay has definitely created long lasting memories for us all.   We have stayed in 4 different town homes in the past 5 years of going to Orlando. Up until now we would not go back to any of them! The Walking on Sunshine town home is the most beautifully decorated space we have ever seen! Very comfortable beds, great location, lovely pond behind, well stocked, everything you could possible need, we never ran out of anything! Extremely clean, felt like home, we did not want to leave! The only regret we had was not getting heat in the little pool, it was too cold for us to use while we were there. The resort pool was extremely warm and wonderful though!! I highly recommend this place!!

  We really enjoyed are stay! The beds were extremely comfy, perfect for the long days at the park. Our kids loved the pool, they were ready to swim as soon as we would arrive back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, can't wait for our next trip back!!

  I highly recommend the "Walking on Sunshine" unit at Encantada to anyone planning a trip to Orlando! The location is perfect - it is close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. The online photos accurately reflected the clean & well maintained unit. It was comfortably furnished with tasteful & whimsical decor sprinkled with personal touches, guide books for Disney & Orlando attractions, cds & dvds. The kitchen was equipped with anything one would need for cooking and eating. The beds were so comfortable my family members wanted to take them home with us! There was an ample supply of towels, linens, blankets & pillows - more than have been offered at any other property I've booked before! The private pool was inviting & if the weather hadn't been blustery & wintery we surely would have enjoyed that special amenity. My favorite rating, however, goes to the owner of the unit! She was so genuine, cordial & inviting from the moment of our first connection until even after our check out. She gave me the heartfelt feeling that she truly wanted her guests to be comfortable, have a good time & be well cared for. She made sure all was taken care of & she was readily available should we have had any problems! I am truly looking forward to another trip to Orlando and am hoping I will be able to book "Walking on Sunshine" again!

  We were very pleased with our recent stay. The townhouse had a spectacular view of a pond and excellent proximity to cluhouse/pools/gym. Really one of the best location on the premise. Easterly facing, so bright sunshine everymorning to start the day! Very much appreciated the Disney and Orlando reference books, we often referred to them to plan our activities.Kitchen well equipped, only missing a juicer. Fridge a little noisy, but ice dispenser was a plus. Blender didn't work and limited cupboard space. Living room has comfortable layout and lighting, although we spent more time out on patio. Would have liked a small outdoor dining set to eat our meals, instead we compromised and set plates on small side tables provided. The pool/hottub was not available after dusk which was unfortunate as a evening swim or soak would have been fun. The pools are great, heated to 85, beautiful washrooms, lots of lounges/umbrellas and tables, all overlooking the pond, just beautiful. Nice gym, but missing small dumbells/free weights. Path around pond is big attraction for walkers/runners, however unlit afterdark. Lots of hangars available as well as drawers to allow us to unpack and enjoy. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for opportunity to experience wlakin on sunshine!

  The property was a perfect fit for our time away with our Daughter and 8 year old Grandson for our visit to Disney World. Clean-Convenient-and a nice place to come home to after an exciting but tiring day at the Kingdoms. We all loved splashing in our very own private pool to relax and wind down. The Owner of this Unit was "Over the Top" being helpful to us prior and during or stay. We will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to others coming to that area.
