Beautiful large detached 3000ft Victorian house, centrally located on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street in Cabbagetown. It is seconds away to public transportations, minutes away from restaurants, bars, shops and short walkable distances to Dundas square, Eaton Centre, Yonge Street, Bloor street, Church and Wellesley, University of Toronto, Ryerson University, Toronto General Hospital, St Michael's Hospital and more.
This house is part of the Cabbagetown Preservation Association, the site was once lived by Ernest Thompson Seton (A writer, illustrator, artist, naturalist, explorer, and a founder of Boy Scouts of America). Recently renovated from top to bottom, the house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a powder room, TV room, large double living room, dining room connected to a spacious entertainment kitchen with a large island, a yoga/exercise room with floor-to-ceiling-wall-to-wall mirror, a beautiful laundry room, and a 2-car garage.
The house is set up generously for 6 people, but can sleep up to 10 very comfortably. It has a leather sofa bed in the living room and an air mattress in the yoga room for large groups (additional charges will apply for more than 6 occupants in the house).
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV, double closets, also has a beautiful marbled ensuite bathroom, with a large modern soaker tub, rain showerhead, 6 jets, handhold shower, in-shower speakers, Japanese style bidet toilet, and dimmable lighting. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a large daybed that sleeps two. The second shower is just as beautiful as the master unsuited, lined with marble, 6 shower jets, rain head shower and a two person shower head.
The large open plan kitchen is connected to the dinning room. A 7 feet long island, 8 feet long bar/desk area, large 45” flat screen TV, equipped with everything you need to make a beautiful dinner for your family or a fast breakfast in the morning, the dinning table sits 8 people comfortably.
The house also has 2 parking spaces, very rare in the heart of the city. There’s also a Green P parking lot at the end of the street next to Starbucks coffee.
The house is monitor by Rogers Smart Home Security System, for your peace of mind while you’re out and exploring the city or sleeping at night.

We were two curling teams from Calgary in Toronto for a bonspiel and thought we would give this a try. It exceeded our expectations by a million miles. Firstly, the home is beautiful...lots of room, nicely decorated, lots of amenities, and very comfortable. Secondly, the location is great. As it is in Cabbagetown, it's close to get pretty much anyway you want to be in downtown Toronto. We walked a lot of places when it was nice. Finally, and maybe most importantly, the owner Kai was awesome...very flexible and accommodating for our needs (arrival and departure times), not to mention just a downright friendly guy. We had a really great time here and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautifully decorated, nice sheets, furniture, everything you need in a house is here. Great location, on a very lovely quiet one way street, the house has a security system, felt very safe during my stay with my daughter. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, street cars, would definitely stay here again and recommend this house for families. The house made my trip in Toronto.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This was a fantastic accommodation for our party of 10, in Toronto for a family wedding. The description was accurate; the photos gave us a good idea of the property but they don't fully do it justice! This is a lovely property - very spacious, clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities we could hope for. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is close to downtown so very handy for our purposes. We would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Our stay in Toronto was great! The home made our trip very enjoyable. Plenty of room, GREAT showers, lots of clean towels, and very comfortable beds. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and had a few great cookbooks too! It was nice having washer/dryer access with laundry soap provided. The owners were very friendly and gave us suggestions of great restaurants in the area. The house was conveniently located near the town, so we were able to walk to some of the shops. My family was very comfortable in this home and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! I would most definitely stay here again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful family reunion, staying at the Victorian house in Cabbage town. It is newly remodeled and beautifully finished. We felt like we were in an upscale hotel! It is even more fancy than the pictures show on line, with high-end finishes, furniture, linens etc. It is so conveniently located; we walked and took the bus and cabs to everywhere. We felt very comfortable and very safe; it even has a security system. I would highly recommend this house for anyone to stay. It was perfect for the four couples in our group. The owner was very gracious and easy to work with. We had a very positive experience and we appreciated this beautiful home as our launching pad to explore Toronto for the first time. .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Toronto:
Beautiful area of the City, quiet street, friendly neighbors. When you are standing on the street, it doesn't feel like you are in a big city, but as soon as you turn the corner, you have all sorts of shops restaurants, parks. And it's within walking to city centre.
