Surin Seven Villa is a luxurious five bedroom villa just two minutes' walk from Surin Beach, Phuket, Thailand. The property is located in a gated estate in the heart of Surin Beach Village, one of Phuket's most fashionable enclaves, an area which abounds with boutiques, fine restaurants, beach clubs and five star hotels. Surin Springs is one of eight privately owned properties around a freshwater lake set against a backdrop of forested hills.
Surin Seven named after the owner's lucky number, is a tropical modern residence built literally on; by and over water. Guests enter an outer graveled courtyard and Koi pond through large carved teakwood doors set in high walls. A shaded inner courtyard lies directly ahead and is accessed by floating steps over a large pond. From the inner courtyard guests see a unique swimming pool which extends both inside the courtyard and outside to the gardens.
In the past this elegant villa has played host to writers, romantic couples, over worked executives and publicity shy celebrities. This magical villa feels as much as home as a party house as it does to those seeking a quiet romantic private retreat.
The living / entertainment area is elegantly furnished with high vaulted timber ceilings and tropical hardwood flooring. The living / entertainment area has HD TV, a Bose Surround Sound CD system with I-Pod dock and a Play Station. The Kitchen / Dining area is spacious with soaring wooden ceilings and stone counters and floors. An inner courtyard houses a library / study stocked with books and DVDs. The master en-suite bedroom opens out on a deck overlooking a lotus studded lake and connects to a second en-suite bedroom by a lockable sliding partition. The guests' quarters are situated on the second floor and comprise three en-suite bedrooms accessed through a relaxation / massage area.
Surin Seven comes complete with 24/7 security, a housekeeper (optional), a fully equipped western kitchen, CCTV security, free WiFi, Satellite TV and BBQ facilities. For the more energetic we can offer temporary gym membership (optional); mountain and beach bicycles and a couple of surf boards. Should you require; an English speaking PA can be made available to handle any bookings, tours or travel arrangements.
NOTE: Due to this villa's close proximity to water (a large pond, a swimming pool and a lake) it may be unsuitable for families with young unsupervised children.

Wonderful house - suited our family group of 7 (all adults) perfectly. The fab TV room/lounge room and the dining and kitchen areas were big enough for us be be together as a group, while there were a range of outdoor areas for together and separate times. All beautiful and quiet reading/writing places, or just lounging poolside. It was useful to have all the electronic stuff including wifi, a library, computer, TV, DVD etc. The pool and all the facilities in the house are really terrific. The location is perfect, 24 convenience stores around the corner, the beach an easy walk with a load of great places to eat in easy reach. Surin beach is great, but quieter more isolated beaches flank it at either end and are very accessible. We got fantastic service - airport pick ups, daily cleaning, brilliantThai meals cooked when we wanted, and great suggestions for activities - while making arrangements for us as well - all the things you want to do in Phuket - private local boat for snorkeling trips, tips on great local places to eat and beaches to go to, organizing scooters, and drivers when needed. Nothing was too much trouble (including printing our boarding passes). The staff are all great, making us at home and ensuring we had a really great time. I couldn't recommend the place enough (what you see in the picture is what you get). It worked really well for all the diverse needs of the group - making it a really fun and enjoyable holiday.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Additional information about rental rates
MINIMUM STAY: 5 days in High Season (November through May) and 7 days in Low Season (June through October). Stays of 3-5 days can be arranged but will be charged at a rate of US$950 per day.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon
PAYMENT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking. Booking is confirmed on receipt of Deposit. Balance to the value of the quote to be paid in Thai Baht upon Check-IN. A refundable security deposit equivalent to 10% of the value of the rental package (not less than US$500) is to be paid upon Check-IN.
