- Downtown Chatham has some beautiful stores and restaurants to shop, dine and unwind. This is a real old fashioned comfortable Cape Cod town. You can visit the penny candy store or ice cream shops. If you can catch the Friday night band concert on the town green. You have to get there early as it does fill up quickly. The sports minded can golf at the Chatham Bars golf course, bike or jog on the Cape Bike Trail or charter a deep sea fishing excursion. Tour the Chatham lighthouse and take in the view at Lighthouse Beach. This is the southernmost beach of the Cape Cod National Sea Shore and it is outstanding....moreless

Our vacation was wonderful from the very beginning (booking) till the end. Paul was so helpful in every step of the way and we were sure that the place is going to be as nice as he is. Kids cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Wonderful Family Vacation
My family of 3 enjoyed a week at this sweet little cottage in the quaint town of Chatham. Upon arrival, the cottage was neat and tidy as promised. It also included all of the amenities described in the listing. The owner was engaged and concerned about making sure our stay was comfortable, calling to check on us the first day. The house is situated in a small neighborhood of similar-sized cottages. We found the neighbors to be friendly and quiet. While we could not see the water from the cottage, it was a short walk to the boat dock. We also had easy access to Chatham and other nearby towns as the cottage is situated off a main road. The only thing we were a little disappointed in is that a construction project was started about 100 feet from the house. So, during the day we could hear the bulldozers, etc. However, the owner tried to make this right by contacting the town's government as he had not received prior notice of the project. The construction ended around 5 p.m. each day, so our sleep was not disturbed. One recommendation we have is for future guests to bring their own blankets as we weren't sure if the ones left at the cottage had been laundered. There is a laundry facility a couple of miles away, which we ended up using to wash the blankets for our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this cottage as a fantastic family vacation spot. Chatham was a cute as could be - one of the nicest towns on The Cape we visited. A+!

Owner response: Sarah and Bill, Thank you for the five star review! I can happily report that our neighbors have completed their new home and it looks great. We took your advise and purchased all new linens and blankets for the cottage. They look nice and are comfi too. Hope you can visit again soon. Sincerely yours, Paul
We just stayed at this cottage and we are looking at our next year schedule so we can go again!! The cottage was clean and just as stated. We took our Mom and Dad as well as our young daughter, she just loved the whole vacation, the bunkbed, out side shower, Screen room off the bed room, the lake and the bunny that came out at dusk!! The whole vacation was relaxing and peacefull!! The ocean is so close, but with that great lake we only made it there for a half day. Everything you need to cook with was there and clean. The owner was so accommodating. We would like to say we would highley recommend this to everyone!! If you like quit, clean, freindly, relaxing and cozy this is the place to go hands down!!! Thank you so much!!!

The pictures don't do this cottage justice. We had a beautiful week in Chatham, and the house was perfect!

Great little cottage!!!!! :)
Great little cottage!!!!! :)
We are a family of 6. Five of us stayed at the cottage. What a great place. It is small as the description will tell you. In that small space is included, everything you need to have a great time away from home. The only thing missing was a washer/dryer but the laudrymat was pretty close by. You had things to cook with, plenty of space to sleep, eat and enjoy. We had the most wonderful time and we would go back again and again. The beach on White Pond is right there to take an early morning dip. You are very close to several beaches on the ocean. It's easy to find. Quiet community with a warm and inviting group of neighbors. I can't find a bad thing to say about our stay.
