The house is in a great location to easily get to attractions in town. We spoke with the owner several times and he was very helpful with answers to our questions. We were able to launch our 23 foot boat using the ramp on the property. The kids enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayak that was located on the community dock. There are several marinas located close by for gas and the state park is nearby for skiing and tubing.

Best Family Vacation
Best Family Vacation
Just returned from several days at the lake and it was perfect. The house had some many extra benefits and I can't say enough nice things about Matt's mom, Penny...she is a gem. We had 9 people stay at this house and spent most of our time down on the dock fishing and swimming. We were so close to the outlet malls and Wal-Mart too. The cove was extremely quiet and made it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend not only this house, but also working with Matt and his mom, Penny....great family...and I have to say we had the best family vacation that we have had in nearly 30 years.

We had a great family vacation in the ozarks and this house worked perfectly! We were vacationing with my mother and father in law and husband and two little girls. The two levels worked great so we could each get some separation if needed. The two living rooms up and down was very convienent also for the kids and in the evenings. We loved the big deck! We probably spend a good portion of our time out there. There is a very nice grill and even a small picnic table for the kids. Before going I was nervous about the spiral stairs and a 2 1/2 year old but we had no troubles we just made sure to be careful. The dock is very nice, the house is in a very nice quiet cove and great for swimming off the huge dock. Great place for fishing or just swinging on one of the dock porch style swings. We had a great time and we hope you do too!

A Good +. We had a great time. We got lucky on the weather and had grandchildren with us all week. Fished off the dock and all the kids caught fish. Especially nice shared dock, friendly folks and a short walk up a hill to a nice unit. 3 small bedrooms, two TV areas,up and down, dining table for 6 and a a very nice and new shaded deck (great view of the cove) with comfortable chairs and table. Close to the bridge so easy to the Ozark State Park boat ramp which is a very easy and affordable launch with available temporary slips. Cove is big enough to ski and quiet enough for beginners. After a long rest, likely to go back. Owner was very assessible for pre-planning and good to work with. Shorty Pants good place for gas a mile or so away. They will track gas purchases and file for Missouri recreational tax refund.
