This cozy 1800 sq.ft. 2 br, 2 bath, plus office/den home is situated on a dead end street in a beautiful, quiet Saanich neighbourhood. Enjoy having your breakfast, lunch or dinner on our private, sunny, large cedar deck while the birds are chirping around you. An outdoor BBQ provided with propane.
The main home is an open concept with a fully functional kitchen including a wall oven, 4 burner stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all your cooking utensils and dishes. Next to this lovely pine kitchen is a large pine nook which will seat 8 people, (just in case you want to entertain). There is also a dining room, large living room, with an extra sitting room with a gas fireplace, and large windows to watch the birds bath while enjoying your coffee and book. You can watch your favourite programs on our HD TV with surround sound or just listen to music. You will have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The master bedroom has a full en-suite as well as closet space for your wardrobe and a HD TV you can watch from your cozy bed. Next to the spare bedroom is the main full bathroom, (towels & linen's provided). There is also an office, with internet connection, two desks and a double size Murphy bed.
Don't go to the laundromat, use our stacking washer/dryer with extra hanging space for your clothes.
Your stay in our home will be minutes away from all amenities and within minutes of a bus stop that will take you to downtown Victoria in 15 minutes. You have a 10 min. walk, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, at a variety of eating establishments. You also have a healthy 20 minute walk to our newest mega-mall called Uptown. Also close by is Swan Lake and Christmas hill for your daily walking activity. You can drive to Elk and Beaver Lake, University of Victoria or downtown Victoria within 10 minutes. Two hybrid bicycles, with helmets, are at your service. This home is very well located and it won't take you long to find your way around this beautiful city. Your home away from home is available on a monthly or 2 week period basis only, from May 1st, 2013 to September 30th, 2013.
