Clean, cozy stay between property moves. An excellent experience!
My wife and I live in Calgary and needed a temporary place to stay between property moves. We were to be out of a home for a little over a month. Travis was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions and requests. We wanted to stay for two periods, with a two week gap where we would not need to stay there. Travis was accommodating and understanding. The apartment is a clean one bedroom, with plenty of space even for a family with children, which we did not have. The kitchen is functional and all cooking wares were provided. It was particularly nice to have internet and cable TV provided, as this made this difficult transition for us less stressful. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family and anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting Calgary or the area. Having a grocery store within a 2 minute drive, or 5 minute walk was a bonus. The property is located close to major road arteries allowing for quick commutes into the downtown, but there was NO problem from noise from the road. All around a great stay. Thanks Travis!

This condo is located right across from a school and a mall and is still so quiet. My partner and myself were comfortable enough to nearly forget we were staying in a rental. Travis went above and beyond to flexible and accommodating. We certainly would not hesitate to stay here again.

My daughter and I were visiting Calgary and Travis's place was great. It's clean and comfortable, and it is in a quite neighbourhood. It is also close to a big mall and a short drive to university a downtown. Travis answered my email quickly and was very accommodating to my schedule (I arrived late and he had the keys dropped off to my parents' place for me to pick up). Next time I visit Calgary, I will definitely call him up.

About the owner: I work in the advertising industry currently and I am completing an MBA in Finance from one of the top business schools in the United Kingdom. I love to travel and have been to many countries (China, England, France, Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Greece, Ecuador, The Bahamas, The Dominican Republic, etc.). Calgary is my home and there are so many things that make it a great city to live in and visit.
Why the Owner Chose Calgary:
I have lived in Calgary for most of my life and it is a great city. I purchased this condominium while I was a student at the University of Calgary in late 2008 because of its ideal location. I could walk to class, to the gym, to the oval, to the mall, to the grocery store, and to public transportation. There isn't a better location in the city in my opinion. And with it being less than 10 minutes away from downtown Calgary and Canada Olympic Park (ski hill), it is extremely convenient if you have access to a vehicle. When I spend time at the condo I enjoy watching movies on the massive LCD television that I purchased as a graduation gift for myself, or relaxing on the private balcony and enjoying the view of northwest Calgary. The condo is located in Varsity Acres, one of Calgary's most upscale neighborhoods (home to a large number of professors from the University), which is a great and safe community and has tons of nice walking paths and green spaces.
