  This delightful home was the perfect, peaceful retreat we were in search of. We came at a quiet time of year and wonder if the noise would be too much when the lake is at peak season. The hot tub was quite relaxing and the view was perfect. The home has ample bedding, towels and kitchen items for use. The furniture could use some TLC as the upholstery is worn and mattresses are past due for an update, and the drapery in the bedroom is in utter shambles. Everything in the home was very clean with the exception of the fridge, microwave and kitchen cabinets which were a bit sticky. We very much enjoyed our stay and for a budget rental, this was worth it.

  We LOVE this home. As soon as you enter the house you feel like you are at home. It is very comfortable and inviting. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get in the home. It was beyond our expectations, very clean, everything well kept, and all amenities provided. My kids loved the dock and sandy beach. The hot tub is great at the end of a long day, sooo relaxing. Thank you Steve and Renae for sharing your home. Renae was very welcoming and informative. Our family had a terrific time and we look forward to coming back next summer!

  we spent 6 nights as this delightful location with our son and his family. Our 4 grandsons had a delightful time, too. There was good fishing, playing in water, hot tub, and even cable tv when taking breaks from being out doors. The home itself was beautiful and well kept; very nice older home. I would go back any time; in fact hope to do so.

  My family stayed at this great lake property while visting relatives of ours. The home was very clean and cozy. Our stay was very much enjoyable, we loved sitting in the hot tub looking out across the beautiful lake. We were able to roast marshmellows in the fire pit and use the bbq that was provided for us. The community was very friendly as we visited the near by towns. this is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just relax and enjoy the simple things in life. my family and I will definitely be back to this vacation home this summer as well as next year.

  My Husband and I rented this lake home we also used this home for our clients. We run and own our own guiding business(hunting). The home is very clean inside and very relaxing. The property surrounding the home is very well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The fishing was awesome and the view of Waitts Lake is breathtaking. Also you are just minutes away from the local Valley store and minutes away from the town of Chewelah which has some great restaurants. We had the best time and most of all I would recommend this Lake Home in a heart beat!!!!! Our clients couldn't say enough good things about this home minutes away from hunting and had the luxury to step out the front door to some great fishing!!!!
